We spy… Jessica Simpson’s ankles?! Turns out the singer, fashion designer, and mom-of-three was astounded to actually see her old pals — her ankles — three months after giving birth to baby Birdie Mae.

Simpson was so thrilled by her post-pregnancy ankles that she shared a shot of one of the outstretched beauties to Instagram with the caption, “I spy… my ankles!!!” Her 4.7M fans were sure to applaud and celebrate the mama’s win.

All ankle drama aside, it seems the family of five are doing just fine. In fact, our hearts are still melting from her sweet Father’s Day post and Birdie Mae’s dimples:

If you’re in a pregnancy cankle conundrum, the American Pregnancy Association suggests the following tips to help lessen the swelling.

  • Avoid standing for long periods.
  • Minimize outdoor time when it is hot.
  • Rest with your feet elevated.
  • Wear comfortable shoes, avoiding high heels.
  • Wear supportive tights or stockings.
  • Avoid clothing that is tight around wrists or ankles.
  • Rest or swim in a pool.
  • Use a cold compress.
  • Drink water to reduce water retention.
  • Minimize sodium intake and avoid adding additional salt to meals.
