Jenelle Evans’ Custody Drama Is Far From Over, According to Ex Nathan Griffith

Jenelle Evans may have regained custody of her three children, but that doesn’t mean the family drama is over. Her ex, Nathan Griffith, with whom she currently shares custody of 5-year-old Kaiser, went on TMZ Live to detail why he’s going after Evans for sole custody of their son.

During the interview, Nathan Griffith expressed that he’s unhappy that Jenelle Evans regained custody of Kaiser, saying she’s unfit to parent. Additionally, Griffith alleged that Evans is being vindictive by blocking his phone number. As a result, he’s unable to Facetime or talk to his son on the phone. Griffith says in the interview that he finds it ironic since he has never denied Evans the opportunity to speak with her son, even when she calls several times a day. “He just not getting the love and attention [he deserves],” he says about Evans’ relationship with Kaiser. Watch below.

Jenelle Evans vs. Nathan Griffith

In the nearly two-minute video, Griffith details all of the reasons he feels he should have primary custody of Kaiser. He noted that prior to Evans’ recent custody battle, he had begun the process of filing for sole custody of his son. He said that he and his lawyer are planning to continue the custody battle.

Evans and her current husband, David Eason, had been fighting to regain custody of their daughter, Ensley, as well as Evans’ children from previous relationships, Jace and Kaiser. The couple had initially lost custody after Eason shot and killed the family dog in May. The couple just regained custody before the July 4th holiday.
