Prince William Admits He And Kate Middleton Struggle To Monitor Prince George’s Screen Time

Prince William recently spoke at the London headquarters of BAFTA which focused on the next generation developing careers in the creative arts.

While he was there, William spoke about his own children’s interest in film, video games, and TV.

William, who has been President of BAFTA (the British Academy of Film and Television Arts) since 2010, toured the newly refurbished building this past Thursday to learn how they will help to significantly increase the support BAFTA provides to young people building careers in the industries

The Prince also went on to share a universal parental issue a.k.a. monitoring his three kids’ screen time.

The dad also shared how is 8-year-old Prince George adores gaming but struggles alongside Kate Middleton “to regulate” his screen time.

“They’re fascinated by it,” he said of his kids. He added how Princess Charlotte, 6, and Prince Louis, 3 — “are a bit too small at the moment, but they love the films.”

This past fall, Middleton, shared howthe kids would rather be in the sky these days.

The Duchess of Cambridge, 39, took a tour of RAF Brize Norton airbase to thank members of teams who had helped evacuate thousands of people from Afghanistan. During the visit, Kate listened to stories from civilians and servicemen and women. In addition, she shared her children’s love for aviation.

“She did mention that her children are very interested in aircraft,” Loadmaster Sergeant Mark Curtis shared.

It will not come as a surprise to most that Prince George, 8, Princess Charlotte, 6, and Prince Louis, 3, adore planes. They must get it from their dad.

The prince was a search and rescue captain in the Royal Air Force who spent several years at the very beginning of his marriage to Kate on the Isle of Anglesey in Wales.

Prince Harry also has a military background as a 10-year veteran of the war in Afghanistan.

“I honor those who have been lost and encourage support for the survivors and the families of those affected,” he said in a statement in June. “These workers put their lives on the line every day to make the world a safer place. This brutal act reminds us that we must stand in solidarity with humanitarian aid workers and the communities they serve.”
