Allison Holker Boss Returns to Instagram Following the Passing of Her Beloved Husband Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss

Several days after his shocking passing, Allison Holker Boss has returned to Instagram since the passing of her husband, Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss. Holker shared a photo of herself and her husband softly smiling while resting their heads on one another.

She captioned the photo, “My ONE and ONLY Oh how my heart aches. We miss you so much.”

After sharing a statement on Instagram, Stephen ’tWitch’ Boss’s mom, Connie Boss Alexander, also broke her silence against and shared the last photo she took with her son before his unexpected passing.

In a Facebook post, Connie wrote, “If I had known this was the last moment I would ever hold my baby I would have held on longer.” She finished the caption with an emoji of a broken heart.

The photo shows tWitch lovingly kissing his mom on the forehead with his arm around her shoulders.

In her original statement, Connie wrote, “Family and friends, thank you for all the love, prayers, and encouragement. Please know I see all the messages, posts, and the phone calls. I can’t use words right now. Please know I will reach out when I can. Please continue to keep us in your prayers,” Connie began.

She then addressed her son directly, “Stephen Laurel, your mother loves you to eternity and beyond.” Connie went on to call Stephen “my boo boo.”

Now, HGTV is sharing how they will handle the death of their beloved colleague, Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss. According to reports, Boss and his wife, Allison Holder Boss, had several new projects in the works with HGTV.

Now, the company is issuing a statement about how it will handle those projects. While it’s unclear if any of the projects were finished or if they were still in the works, a representative for HGTV told Deadline that they “are taking the time to consider different scenarios.”

“But for now, our primary focus remains on wishing our best to Allison and the entire Boss family during this difficult time,” the representative continued.

According to the LA Times, one of the shows starting tWitch and Allison was set to follow the construction of a Malibu Barbie Dream House in Santa Clarita. That project was expected to begin in January.

In the past, tWitch also appeared in HGTV shows like House Party and Design Star: Next Gen.

Reports from the coroner’s office say that tWitch died at a “hotel/motel” after suffering a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. As TMZ reports, tWitch checked into the motel, located just a mile away from the home he shared with his wife and children, on Monday, December 12.

Those who interacted with the famous dancer at the hotel said he seemed fine and didn’t appear to be visibly distressed. A source told TMZ that tWitch had a small bag with him and was scheduled to check out of the hotel room the following day, December 13.

As Mamas Uncut previously reported, police were able to locate tWitch after his wife, Allison Holker Boss, ran into a local LAPD precinct to share her concern. She told officers that her husband was gone but his car was still at home, something he never did.

Shortly after Allison arrived at the precinct, they received a call of a shooting at the motel tWitch was staying at. Reports claim he was found in the bathroom of his room by one of the hotel maids.

While talking with staffers, TMZ continued to report that no one heard a gunshot. It’s reported that the hotel has “separate units, and the structure is in a U-shape” making it possible for the noise to go unheard.

Stephen’s body was discovered around 11:15 a.m. PST and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The coroner has labeled the investigation into his death as “closed.” No further information has been made available to the public.

“It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us,” Allison began her statement. “Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends, and community above all else, and leading with love and light was everything to him. He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans.”

“To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt. I am certain there won’t be a day that goes by that we won’t honor his memory. We ask for privacy during this difficult time for myself and especially for our three children. Stephen, we love you, we miss you, and I will always save the last dance for you.”

Stephen ’tWitch’ Boss’s grandfather Eddy Boss also spoke out and offered an update on how Stephen’s family, including Allison Holder Boss and his children are handling his unexpected and tragic passing.

While talking with the Daily Mail, Eddy Boss told the website that they “had no indication that anything was out of the ordinary,” he admitted, before sharing the final text message Stephen sent him before his passing.

According to Eddy, the text message read, “I love you Dad-Dad.”

One of tWitch’s last Instagram posts was a photo of him and his grandfather. The post celebrated Eddy’s 88th birthday.

The same day tWitch celebrated his grandfather’s birthday, he and Allison also celebrated their 9th wedding anniversary.

Eddy went on to say that his family, including Allison and their three children, are “completely devastated. Our question is why? Where did it come from?” Eddy asked.

tWitch did leave a suicide note for his family. According to TMZ, law enforcement says the note was discovered near or on tWitch at the time his body was discovered.

Police sources told TMZ that the note “was an ambiguous reference to his past challenges.” The specifics of what was written in the note have not been made available to the public and it’s unclear if they ever will be.
