The America’s Got Talent fan base is reeling after news broke that it has lost one of its shining stars.
According to E! News, on Monday morning it was revealed that Zuri Craig passed away on October 21. Craig became a star during the 10th season of AGT.

His family announced his passing on his Instagram page. Craig’s cause of death was not immediately known.
Zuri Craig was 44 at the time of his passing. Craig was best known for being one half of The CraigLewis Band. His partner, Jeffery Lewis also took to Instagram to mourn the loss of his partner.
“On yesterday I lost my brother, my friend,” Lewis wrote. “I am broken, completely devastated. I love you more than words can express. The CraigLewis Band Forever! Rest In Peace My Friend.”
On their band’s official page, Lewis went on to share the video that “started it all.” The video showcased Craig’s impressive vocal talent as he sang his very own rendition of The Brady Bunch theme song.

According to the duo’s page, the band was set to perform on October 30 in Camilla, Georgia.
Back in 2015, their band received a Golden Buzzer from Michael Bublé for their rendition of Mary J. Blige‘s I’m Goin’ Down. You can watch that moment below:
The duo would go on to win fifth place that season. Our hearts break for Craig’s loved ones as they navigate through this truly devastating time.
