Amy Schumer Uses Never-Before-Seen Photo to Sends ‘Big Nip Love’ to Pregnant Women During This Stressful and Difficult Time

Amy Schumer is using photos from her labor and delivery experience to bring smiles and joy to the world, specifically to the pregnant women of the world. While the pandemic we are all living in has brought a ton of unexpected stress and anxiety into everyone’s lives, it has been particularly stressful for the women who are expecting to give birth during this trying time.

So, Schumer did what she does best and used herself to make other laughs and to also let expectant mothers know that she, and all of us, are thinking about them.

“Pregnant women can stay healthy by following the usual recommendations during pregnancy, including, ‘eating healthy meals, exercising regularly, getting plenty of sleep, and avoiding alcohol and drugs,’ the ACOG reports.

“Being home a lot and avoiding other people can be hard,” the ACOG continued. “The above tips for staying physically healthy also can help your mental health. A few other things you can do to stay mentally healthy include, “staying connected with your friends and family, over the phone or online, taking breaks from coronavirus news and social media, and telling your ob-gyn or other health care professional if you are feeling sad or anxious.”
