After my pregnancy, I was left with very saggy skin in my stomach. I’ve lost 100 lbs since I had baby and the loose skin has gotten very very bad. Does anyone have any useful tips on tightening the skin?
Drink lots of water and take collagen.

You might need a tummy tuck if your stomach muscles separated
Weight lift build up your muscle mama. It might not catch it all but less skin to remove during a tummy tuck is better
Skin removal or a tummy tuck or time. It takes years for skin to shrink and if its too large you can’t do much for it
It takes time but mostly it’s genetics. A tummy tuck will get rid of it perfectly though.
