If you’re watching the Star Wars spinoff The Mandalorian, chances are you’ve physically been affected by just how cute Baby Yoda is. How did Disney cook up just a perfect fake creature? We’ll never know, but we do know that we’ve gasped, giggled, cheered in delight, and teared up watching The Child’s adventures through space.
We decided to take a look at what fans of the show, and the petite green dude specifically, are getting tattooed these days. We were not disappointed! We found our little Grogu featured in thousands of tattoos and there were so many to choose from, but we did manage to pick out 25 tattoos that truly stood out. Check out these Baby Yoda tattoos for your daily dose of cute.
We’re not worthy. Wow! What a fresh face this guy has in this design. We chose this one because of the warm sun (or moon?) in the background and the cute detail of a balloon. What a treat.
It doesn’t get more elegant than this. Grogu is blossoming from inside a rose and, we must say, it really suits the little fella. We’re in love!
Why, yes, a hipster Baby Yoda tattoo is a thing that exists in the world. We find him with a knitted cap and a curious green mustache in this imagining.
We have no idea why the artist chose to highlight this tattoo within an inch of its life, but it gives such a unique effect. Take a look into those deep brown eyes and tell us you don’t feel anything.
Black and Grey
We’ve never wanted a thing to be real more than The Child. How do conjure him from his world to ours? While the vast majority of these tattoos are in full color, there are some people that went the black and grey route. Works well!
If you like your tattoos glowing with intensity, you should try for something similar. We love the heart frame around lil’ Yoda and the the little sparkles. Also, the Death Star is not a bad touch at all.
Wield that Force, baby! Our friend has found a home on the back of this person’s neck which was a choice! We really hope Grochu doesn’t turn out to be evil and is instead just really into eating eggs and frogs.
Reach for the Force
We’ve never wanted to touch a little hand like we want to touch Grochu’s. Also, if you see sale on floating pod devices, you know who to tell because that’s the way to travel!
You Can Do It
The reflection tattooed on the eyes here is simply stunning. Also, the subtle pink and orange shading on the inside of the ears is extremely good as well. This whole tattoo is a winner!
Flowers All Over
We’re rather found of this mouth-ajar Grochu as you catch a glimpse of his tiny teeth. A pretty heart with a galaxy-effect and flowers make this super sweet.
If there’s coffee in that cup, we’re not arguing with this. We love the old school banner and the way the artist has outlined the red circle. It makes the entire design so clean.
How is this real? We get all the vibrant colors of the rainbow in this majestic micro realistic design. Find a better Baby Yoda tattoo, we dare you.
The Child is tattooed here looking like he’s got a bit of an attitude, which we’re here for. A slight side eye and a campy phrase puts this tattoo over the top.
Why so sad? We need to rectify it because something this precious does not deserve a day’s worth of pain.
He’s the Only One
Fancy a little Yoda wordplay? This funny little joke tattoo probably brings so many people joy. We endorse!
Look at those little feet! Have you ever? We love the slight glow the artist has given The Child’s robe and how the peach background contrasts with with all that green skin.
Why not? A glowing neon green circle helps bring color to the grey Grogu. This tattoo looks magical and we really adore this interesting effect.
This person has leaned into kawaii and created the cutesy Baby Yoda of our dreams. Look at those pink little cheeks and ears!
This amazing tattoo of Baby Yoda looks like it was created with chalk or pastels instead of being an actual tattoo. What a brilliant look for our most loved Jedi in the making.
Now, the thing is, if you haven’t had frog legs yet, don’t knock it until you try it. We love this ramen bowl that’s decked out in a Star Wars theme with our bestie inside.
The Child is apparently inside The Mandalorian’s helmet here? We’re not sure why, but we’re not complaining. We love the subtle choices here that make this tattoo look similar to the storyboard illustrations the show displays during the credits.
“Such a large bounty for such a small package,” the person who shared this image shared. It’s a quote from the show about how Mini Yoda is worth the universe even though he’s a small thing.
Feel free to personalize your tattoo designs with other things you love. This person has substituted bubble tea for the standard cup and we’re very much into it. Cheers!
Here’s another example of a photorealistic Grochu but this one is done in black and grey ink. We’re shook. We’re haunted. And we need to boop this little nose.
This tattoo artist gave Baby Yoda the feast he deserves. He looks so happy and content. We love all of the Disney-specific references in this design.
There you go! 25 tattoos of Baby Yoda that are all super special. We hope you enjoyed these designs and feel motivated to get one yourself! May The Force be with you.
