No, it’s not the first Monday in May. This year the 2021 Met Gala took place in September. But regardless of its new month, it was still fashion’s biggest night. And like years past, there was also a theme. This year’s theme: In America: A Lexicon of Fashion. And boy, did some of the world’s biggest name deliver.
Although, while some may have crushed the theme, creating beautiful and elegant fashion, others left the world scratching its collective head. So, like so many other fashion lovers out there, we have looked through the photos dissecting what we liked and what we didn’t like about many of the looks.
