While it’s unclear what exactly lead to the spat between Christina Hall and Heather Rae Young, footage revealed things may not be so peachy between the blended family. These public arguments come just a day before Hall and Young praised each other for their successful co-parenting during their son Brayden’s recent hospitalization.
As Mamas Uncut previously reported, Brayden had an “emergency appendectomy as well as [the] removal of Meckel’s diverticulum.” And while sharing some details about the reason for his emergency room visit, Hall and Young opened up about how well the blended family has worked together.
“Stressful 24 hours but a good reminder how important teamwork, co-parenting is,” Christina Hall wrote on Instagram. “We are all under pressure but when it really matters we were all there for Brayden doing our part.”
“Sometimes a scary situation can be a good wake-up call. In the end, all the other stuff is just ‘noise,’ what matters is the kids,” Hall continued while tagging her husband Josh Hall, and Tarek’s wife, Heather Young. Young also shared similar sentiments on her Instagram Story too, which Hall shared.
Young wrote, “We just left little man. He’s in pain but he’s a strong boy and he’s getting discharged today. We all pulled together as a family during this stressful time. The kids will always be the main priority to all of us!”
Despite Putting on a United Front, Cameras Catch Christina Hall and Heather Rae Young Feuding
However, things didn’t seem so cohesive shortly before Brayden’s hospitalization when cameras caught both Christina Hall, Heather Rae Young, Tarek El Moussa, and Josh Hall in the middle of arguments following their children’s soccer game.
According to witnesses, at one point El Moussa had to physically pull his wife away from Hall after they got in each other’s faces. The same thing then happened again but between El Moussa and Christina’s husband, Josh Hall. Reports say one of the soccer coaches had to separate Hall and El Moussa.
While the details of the “personal matter” were not public, a joint statement says Christina and Heather were able to work through it. “A personal matter was discussed and has since been resolved,” the family said in a joint statement shared with People. “We are focused on co-parenting as a team moving forward.”
Christina Hall is also dealing with drama with her second husband as well. Several days ago, as Mamas Uncut reported, Ant Anstead—with who she shares a son, Hudson—filed for emergency full custody of their son, citing that he has been his primary caregiver despite their split custody agreement.
A judge denied Anstead’s emergency request but a court hearing has been set for June. In her initial statement regarding the custody battle, Halls said, “What Ant is doing deeply saddens me. If this was really about Hudson, as he says, this should have been handled privately with a private judge or mediation, as myself and my attorney have suggested. I have had my share of ups and downs but I am a good mom and I love my children with all my heart and I will always protect them.”
