Candace Cameron Bure is sharing a special announcement with her Instagram followers. According to the actress, her middle child, Lev Bure, 23, is now a married man.
Alongside several photos from the special day, Bure wrote, “I present to you, Mr. and Mrs. Lev Bure. Words cannot express the joy we have felt this weekend celebrating the marriage of our son and his bride Elliott.”
Bure continued, saying, “We gained a beautiful daughter and a wonderful family to do life with. I have an overwhelming sense of love, joy, peace and contentment thanks to God’s blessing of family and friendship. My heart is so full.”
Bure added how “grateful” she is for their “generational blessing of long lasting Christ-centered marriages; to have a legacy of great-grandparents and grandparents who have shown us the way.” Before talking about how she hopes her 28 year marriage to Valeri Bure will also be an example.
“And now, being the example for our children and their children to come. If this isn’t a blessing, I don’t know what is.”
Candace Cameron Bure went on to describe her son’s wedding day, saying, “What a celebration it was!! The Holy Spirit was present, the gospel was preached and love filled the air. Covenant vows were made and hearts watching were reminded of theirs long ago.”
“We talked, we ate, speeches were given, toasts were made, we laughed, we danced, we celebrated! What a glorious day!!!! This mama is over the moon HAPPY!!!! Congratulations to Lev and Elliott Bure!!!!!!”
Bure first opened up about Lev’s second engagement in November 2023. As Mamas Uncut previously reported, Lev was preciously engaged to be married to his ex-fiancee Taylor Hutchinson in 2020.
“We’re gaining a daughter very soon,” Candace Cameron Bure told Us Weekly in November 2023. “My son is getting married just after Christmas, and so we’re very excited.”
“Am I a [mother of the] groomzilla? No, I’m not. I promise you I’m not. I feel like it probably is different to be the mother of a groom than the mother of the bride,” Bure joked.
