Carrie Underwood's Preschooler Believes She Is 70 and Loves Doing His Laundry

Carrie Underwood’s Preschool Age Son Thinks She Is 70-Years-Old and That Her Job Is… Doing the Laundry

To us, Carrie Underwood may be a goddess-country-pop star, but to her 4-year-old, Isaiah Michael, she is 70 and her actual job is doing their family’s laundry!

The 36-year-old revealed in a post to Instagram just last week how her preschooler had no idea what she actually does, and it is heartwarming, to say the least!

Underwood posted a snapshot of Isiah’s homework, which consisted of a few cute Q&As about his momma.

“Soooo…apparently I’m 70 and I’m really good at doing the laundry,” she captioned her post.

Of the questions asked for the assignment, a few included what he believed his mom’s job was, to which Isaiah responded with to “wash the laundry.”

Underwood is also a mother to her son Jacob Bryan, 1, whom she shares with her hubby, Mike Fisher.

Just last month, the family celebrated the toddler’s first birthday and needless to say, he was not afraid to celebrate with carbs.

Underwood then revealed a collection of photos to her Instagram that revealed the 1-year-old dressed in a camouflage shirt, demolishing his first cake.

“Happy birthday, Jacob! How are you already 1 year old?” Underwood started her caption.

“You are smiley, crazy, smart, soooo fast and into everything! And, apparently, you love cake! I can’t wait to see your personality continue to shine! I have a good feeling you’re going to keep us all on our toes for years to come!”

In an exclusive conversation with PEOPLE in December, Underwood shared how Isaiah is “doing great” as an older sibling and has been “really helpful” when it comes to looking after Jacob.

“Being almost 5 years old, he’s just so helpful, and he looks out for his little brother,” said Underwood. “And he’s good at [obliging] when you ask him to do something; he’s a very task-oriented child. So if you ask him to do something, he wants to feel helpful and he wants to do it and be a part of things.”

At the end of October, the singer wrapped her Cry Pretty Tour 360, but traveling did not stop during the holiday season

“This year, there’s a lot of travel involved, but that’s kind of our tradition,” Underwood stated.

“We try to be with all of our family. We want it all. But that’s where we are right now in life is the traveling because we don’t have any family that actually lives near us, so it’s just go, go, go.”
