The Magic Mike star is blaming hectic schedules for the conflict:
“Due to our constantly changing work schedules, we have had conflict over adjustments to our schedules to ensure both parties are able to have equal time with our daughter, Everly,” he states in the docs.
Going a step further, he has requested that a co-parenting counselor guide the pair in navigating scheduling-related matters. It has also been requested that Everly’s image, name, or likeness not be used for promotional reasons.
The busy papa is also asking for permission to take their child along on work-related adventures. “[Jenna] and I are fortunate to have employment that offers us unique and once in a lifetime opportunities. I would like to be able to share these experiences with Everly and believe that Everly would benefit from getting to take advantage of such opportunities.”
On top of navigating custody disputes, Jenna is also coping with a not-so-easy second pregnancy.
The host of the upcoming series Flirty Dancing is expecting her second child, and first with boyfriend Steve Kazee. “In the beginning, I was a little sick — a lot sick, a lot sick — but now I’m good,” she shared with Extra.

For little Everly’s sake, if not their own.
