Teen Mom‘s Chelsea Houska is only three weeks out from giving birth to her fourth child and she is LOVING her postpartum body.
Houska, who welcomed her first child, Aubree Skye, 11, on the MTV series 16 and Pregnant prior to documenting her parenting journey on its spin-off Teen Mom, was quick to post on her postpartum body after welcoming her fourth child.
The mom of four, who welcomed daughter Walker June with husband Cole DeBouer in January, posted a selfie to her Instagram Story: “3 weeks postpartum. Trying to embrace and document the process. Our bodies are pretty fricken amazing.”Â
She added, “Also, everyone is different. Do NOT compare your postpartum journey and body to someone else’s.”Â
In a separate post, she went on to joke: “High waisted leggings are my new BFF.”Â

Chelsea regularly posts to social media — with updates on Watson, 4, and Layne, 2. And on Jan. 26, she announced Walker’s birth with a sweet photo of the little one yawning.
“She decided she wanted to share a birthday with her big brother,” wrote Chelsea.
“Watson and surprised us by coming last night.”

Later that month, she shared a video of all four of her children together, with the caption: “I can’t believe they are mine.”
She also speaks on her marriage to Cole DeBouer, who she married in 2016 before having a larger ceremony the year after.
And on Valentine’s Day, Chelsea posted a photo of her and Cole to Instagram, writing: “We spent almost all day ~yesterday~ celebrating Valentine’s Day since we 1000% thought it was…I love this man SO much. Thank you for choosing me.”
