“Even though I’m no longer pregnant, every glance in the mirror reminds me of what could have been,” the cookbook author wrote. “And I have no idea why I still have this bump, honestly. It’s frustrating. But I’m proud of where this entire journey took my body and mind in other ways.”
Chrissy Teigen Shares Photo and Feelings About Her Body After Losing Her Baby
After experiencing pregnancy complications, Teigen shared in October that she and husband John Legend had lost their baby boy Jack.
“We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before,” Chrissy wrote in an Instagram post at the time,” she said at the time.
The model has been courageously open about her grief. “I beg you to please share your stories and to please be kind to those pouring their hearts out,” she said. “Be kind in general, as some won’t pour them out at all.”
Chrissy has continued to express her gratitude for her two healthy children, Miles and Luna. “I am lucky to have two amazing little ones who are transforming into big little people more and more every single day,” she shared.
