Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is giving his thoughts on the hygiene debate many actors have weighed in on.
Johnson was recently asked about his bathing habits after fellow celebrities like Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, and Dax Shepard said they don’t bathe every day, exactly…
“Nope, I’m the opposite of a ‘not washing themselves’ celeb.” Johnson said in a tweet. “Shower (cold) when I roll outta bed to get my day rollin’. Shower (warm) after my workout before work. Shower (hot) after I get home from work. Face wash, body wash, exfoliate and I sing (off key) in the shower.”
Bell and Shepard recently admitted how they don’t shower every day — and that goes for their kiddos too!
“We bathed our children every single night—prior to bed is like the routine,” Dax said. “And then somehow, they just started going to sleep on their own without the routine, and by George, we had to start saying, ‘Hey, when’s the last time you bathed them?’”

Kristen agreed, adding, “Yeah, we forget.” To which Dax said: “Sometimes five, six days goes along. I mean, they don’t smell.”
But Kristen, who shares Lincoln, 8, and Delta, 6, with Dax, disagreed. “Well, they do sometimes,” Kristen, 41, quipped. “I’m a big fan of waiting for the stink. Once you catch a whiff, that’s biology’s way of letting you know you need to clean it up.”
“There’s a red flag. Because honestly, it’s just bacteria. And once you get the bacteria, you gotta be like, ‘Get in the tub or the shower.’ So I don’t hate what they’re doing. I wait for the stink.”

Kutcher and Kunis, who share daughter Wyatt Isabelle, 6, and son Dimitri Portwood, 4, admitted during an appearance on the Armchair Expert podcast how they don’t think it’s necessary to bathe their children with soap every day.
Cleanliness came up when co-hosts Dax Shepard and Monica Padman began revealing how frequently they shower.
When Shepard, 46, urged that Padman, 33, “should not be getting rid of the natural oil on your skin with a bar of soap every day” and instead only wash with water, Kunis, 37, and Kutcher, 43, agreed.
“I can’t believe I am in the minority here of washing my whole body in the shower. Who taught you to not wash?” Padman asked, to which Kunis replied, “I didn’t have hot water growing up as a child, so I didn’t shower much anyway.”
