This piercing is a little like the nose piercing we showed you earlier, except this time it’s an ear piercing. This gauge piercing is stretched open pretty wide, so much so that you might actually be able to fit your wrist like a bracelet. It’s wild and one of the biggest stretches among these extreme piercings. It’s a unique choice.

Straight Through the Cheeks

This piercing goes right through both cheeks. Of course, it raises some questions when it comes to logistics, but to each their own, right? This piercing probably isn’t one you leave in when you go to sleep, can you imagine how uncomfortable it would be. But hey, if you’re down for the trials and tribulation,  do what you gotta do.

Metal Mouth

All the black jewelry here definitely makes these piercings look a little more extreme, but these are definitely a little tamer than some of the things we’ve already shown you today. The Bridge

Among the number of extreme piercings here, the one that stands out most is absolutely the bridge piercing. Because you don’t usually see this area pierced or gauged, seeing it will leave it in your mind for a while. This piercing has also changed the shape of this person’s nose in a very interesting way. It’s sure to stand out.

Heavy

Once again this piercing is just one of a few extreme piercings that this person decided to get. This person’s lobe is both weighted and stretched out. Ear weights are a popular tool for people with extreme piercings. Among the others, however, is the piercing beneath the lip that has a very prominent shape and size among the rest. Cool?

Subdermal

This one is called a sub-dermal piercing, and it’s implanted right underneath the skin on the back of the hand. It’s a silicone shape that’s implanted underneath the skin to give it a raised appearance. This one in particular looks kind of like a gear. This one is unique, it’s not something that you see very often, it’s kinda wild.

Stretched Septum

This is an example of a stretched septum. You can actually see the edge of the gauge through both sides of the face. This also isn’t the only extreme piercing that this person has,  we can see another bridge piercing, as well as another chin piercing here too. There are also a few smaller piercings that draw less attention overall.

Dual Stretched Tongue Frenulum

Here’s a  dual stretched tongue frenulum piercings because nothing is off-limits. These two are definitely a bit more out of the box. There’s also the piercing on the underside of the tongue that kinda pulls the who look together. It’s absolutely not something that the everyday person would get, and the people looking for something more unique would look here.

Smiley

The Smiley piercings are a lip frenulum piercing through the hood of flesh underneath the lip, this one is a bit more common to see than the tongue frenulum piercing. When they smile, the person they’re looking at is gonna get a good look at this one. It’s a little less extreme and the name is also pretty cute too.

Forearms

Just like the studded hip piercing, we showed earlier, you can also get dermal piercings in other places. This guy got them in his forearms, which is definitely a very unique choice. Either way, these piercings are pretty cool to look at, but we can’t imagine the amount of pain this guy was in when he was getting these done.

Snake Eyes

This piercing goes right through the tip of the tongue. Overall it’s a pretty simple piercing that goes horizontally. It’s called a snake eye, or a venom piercing and we can definitely see why. This one doesn’t look like it’d hurt too much, but who knows, we haven’t gotten one done. This piercing actually matches the one in his nose.

Large Labrets

These show that stretched labrets aren’t only for your nose, but also for your cheeks and the skin on the chin around them. While it is possible that these could complicate eating and drinking, we can’t really tell. These piercings definitely give the person a unique look when they walk away. There’s a  whole lot of customization with this piercing.

Back of the Neck

These subdermal piercings in the back of the neck give a whole new meaning to the phrase “I’ve got eyes in the back of my head.” These piercings seem to be a lot tamer than some of the other piercings on the list.
