Shortly after it was reported that Ivana Trump passed away at the age of 73, more details are coming to light. As USA Today reports, a spokesperson for the New York Police Department revealed that police responded to a 911 call Thursday afternoon and upon arrival, officers discovered Ivana Trump unconscious and unresponsive.
According to the spokesperson, Ivana “was pronounced dead at the scene, and police say there does not appear to be criminal intent involved.” Further, the NYC Chief Medical Examiner’s Office is investigating her cause of death. Original reports said the 911 call was for a cardiac event.
Ivanka since spoke out following the shocking death of her mother on Instagram. Along with a throwback photo of her and Ivana, Ivanka raved about her mom.
“Heartbroken by the passing of my mother. Mom was brilliant, charming, passionate, and wickedly funny. She modeled strength, tenacity, and determination in her every action. She lived life to the fullest — never forgoing an opportunity to laugh and dance. I will miss her forever and will keep her memory alive in our hearts always.”
Eric Trump, the youngest of the three children Ivana had with Donald Trump, was the first of their children to speak following the death of their beloved mother. Along with the photo of the family of five, Eric shared the statement that was given to the press earlier on July 14.
Ivana Trump’s Official Cause of Death Revealed
Just two days after Ivana Trump’s untimely death her cause of death is being revealed. As Mamas Uncut previously reported, Ivana Trump passed away on July 14th.
It’s unclear if anyone was with the 73-year-old at the time of her fall. As Mamas Uncut previously reported, a 911 call was made to her NYC apartment on Thursday. She was declared dead at the scene.
The findings of her toxicology report have not yet been revealed. An owner of the restaurant that Ivana frequented to People that the last time he saw her “she wasn’t doing well.
“She didn’t seem to be in good shape. She could barely walk. She didn’t eat her food, she took it home with her,” Giuliano Zuliani explained.
According to a close friend, Nikki Haskell, Ivana was set to travel to St. Tropez on July 16. “She was my best friend. I met her the night she met Donald … I can’t even tell you how fabulous she was, just a great friend, and the most amazing, inspirational person,” Haskell told Page Six.

Ivana is the mother of Ivanka Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and Eric Trump. Her family shared the news of her passing with ABC News.

“Our mother was an incredible woman — a force in business, a world-class athlete, a radiant beauty, and caring mother and friend,” her family said in a statement.
“Ivana Trump was a survivor. She fled from communism and embraced this country. She taught her children about grit and toughness, compassion, and determination. She will be dearly missed by her mother, her three children, and ten grandchildren.”
Ivana fled from former Czechoslovakia to the United States before marrying Trump in 1977. The former couple was married for 15 years before divorcing in 1992.
As ABC reports, around 12:30 p.m. on July 14, paramedics were called to Ivan’s Upper East Side apartment following reports of a cardiac arrest. No further information recording that emergency call has been revealed.

In his own statement shared on his new social platform “Truth Social,” Donald Trump remembered his first wife in a statement of his own. He wrote that Ivana was a “wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman, who led a great and inspirational life.”
“Her pride and joy were her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric. She was so proud of them, as we were all so proud of her,” Trump continued. Our thoughts are with the Trump family during this particularly difficult time.
