Popular fitness trainer Anna Victoria is sharing her thrilling pregnancy news with the world after struggling with infertility for years and undergoing IVF.
The fitness influencer, who has openly documented her infertility heartbreaks on social media, is now expecting her first child in August with husband Luca Ferretti, People reports.
She opened up to fans that she was able to get pregnant thanks to a round of IVF. She revealed that she underwent an egg retrieval procedure back in September. However, despite sharing the egg retrieval process, they never told anyone about the transfer that took place in November.

The couple was given the option to choose the gender of their baby during the IVF process but instead opted to go with the “best” embryo. They have yet to find out found the gender.
“I truly, truly am in no rush to know. It will make no difference to me,” she said. “Luca on the other hand … he is itching to find out but we will likely wait until March.”
While she is thrilled about the news, Anna hasn’t had the easiest first trimester. “I’m 12 weeks 5 days today, and my due date is August 7th. And the first trimester has NOT been easy,” she revealed on Instagram.
“I’ve actually been on light bed rest this entire time, so I have not been working out with the exception of a few sessions when I was temporarily cleared, then put back on bed rest again. But I just got cleared again on Monday!!”
Understandably, the expecting mama is still feeling anxious about her pregnancy. “It still doesn’t seem real!” she admitted in an Instagram story, according to People.
“It hasn’t felt real, this entire time. The only time it felt real is when I’m doing ultrasounds. It’s been a little hard to really enjoy it because I’ve been just constantly been worried that it’s not going to continue, but I feel like announcing it is going to make it even more real. And I’m hoping to start to get to the excited phase, I think this is just a byproduct of infertility and struggling.”
Currently, Victoria is in her second trimester. And although she knows getting to 14 weeks is a huge milestone, she admits she’s still “obsessing” of the little things. “I still can’t help but obsess over how I’m feeling (or not feeling..) and how my belly has pretty much gone down halfway from what it was a few weeks ago.”
She then asked the question, “how to not obsess over all these little details??? Asking for a friend.”
