Gordon Ramsay’s Daughter Says She Actually Prefers Her Mom’s Cooking

While Gordon Ramsay‘s is a world-renowned chef, his 19-year-old daughter Tilly still thinks her mom is the better cook — her words!

The celebrity chef, 54, and Tilly recently posted a now-viral TikTok challenge set to Run-DMC’s “It’s Tricky.”

As you can see above, the stars of the video dance offscreen in the direction of their choosing with the prompt at the top of the screen.

We found how Tilly prefers plain food (and her mom’s cooking) while her dad prefers spicy food and his own cooking.

But are we really surprised there?

And while the two differ on a lot, they both can agree that they are definitely high-maintence!

Back in 2017, the then-15-year-old released her first cookbook, Tilly’s Kitchen Takeover, with 60 of her own, curated recipes.

She first showcased her cooking skills on Gordon Ramsay’s Ultimate Home Cooking, and later hosted her very own cooking show, Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch, for BBC’s children channel.

“[My cooking is] a lot easier than [my dad’s] because my recipes … if you don’t have one of the ingredients, it’s not a big deal,” Tilly shared back in 2017 on British TV program This Morning.

“But with Dad’s, if you don’t have one of the ingredients, it doesn’t work as well. His is a lot more fussy.”

And when asked if Ramsay was ever hard on her in terms of her cooking, she cracked a smile, saying: “He’s really tough on me, yeah. He definitely is.”
