Hannah Gosselin continues to stand up and speak out in support of her brother, Collin Gosselin. The 19-year-old daughter of Jon and Kate Gosselin is appearing in a new Vice TV series called Dark Side of the 2000s, which explores the untold tales behind some of the biggest stories and headlines of the 2000s.
In a trailer for the docuseries – which premieres on July 18 – Hannah criticizes her mother for how she treated her brother during their childhood. (For those that don’t know or remember, Hannah and Collin are two of the sextuplets who rose to fame on the reality show Jon & Kate Plus 8, which premiered in 2007.
“He would be separated from us. He would not get to come and play outside with us. He would eat dinner at different times than us,” Hannah said of Collin in a short clip shared on TikTok. “I don’t think effort was made in the home to help him learn what behavior is acceptable and what behavior is not acceptable.”

Hannah Gosselin isn’t the only sextuplet speaking out in the docuseries. Her brother also makes an appearance and, while he admits he wasn’t the perfect child growing up, he does feel he was mistreated by his mother and criticizes her for taking her anger out on him – even though he feels it was unjustified.
“I know my mother was going through a lot of things. I mean, a divorce, and plenty of different things that can’t be easy to go through,” he says in the clip. “I want to think that she needed someone to take out her anger and frustration on, and it was just kind of me. I was in the way and I was there. So, she chose me.”
The series comes eight months after Collin Gosselin spoke about his relationship with his mother in an interview with ET. He believes his family’s fallout was a direct result of ‘what being in the public eye does to a family’ and thinks things might be different if they spent more time together away from the cameras.
While he hopes to one day have a solid mother-son relationship with Kate, he admits that the relationship has been strained ever since he was sent to a live-in learning facility due to his behavior. “It’s unfortunate that we didn’t have a relationship. I think every son wants to have a relationship with their mom,” he said.
Hannah Gosselin and Collin Gosselin Recently Graduated High School
Their upcoming appearance in Dark Side of the 2000s comes roughly one month after Hannah Gosselin and Collin Gosselin – both of whom live with their father, Jon Gosselin – graduated high school. Both Jon and Kate were present at the ceremony, but were seated far away from one another and didn’t speak.
Hannah celebrated the special day with an Instagram post that showed her holding her graduation cap – the caption read, “On to the next.” Meanwhile, Collin shared a rare post on Instagram that featured photos of him accepting his diploma, him and his sister in his father’s convertible, and him with Jon’s ex-girlfriend.
In the caption, he thanked his sister – who he describes as his ‘number 1’ – for always standing by him and supporting him through their many ups and downs as a family. He also thanked his father and his father’s ex-girlfriend, Colleen – who plays a major role in Collin’s life and is one of his main motivators.
