Updates regarding Hannah Price’s last days alive are being revealed. Earlier this year, Chris Daughtry’s stepdaughter and her reported boyfriend, Bobby Jolly, were allegedly involved in a hit-and-run shooting.
Hannah Price’s Legal Troubles Revealed as the Investigation Into Her Death Continues
Days before she was found dead in her Nashville home, Price and Jolly were expected to appear in court on November 3 for that hit-and-run shooting. However, The Sun is reporting that Price failed to appear at that court hearing.
As a result, a warrant for her arrest was issued. According to The Sun, the hit-and-run shooting occurred in April on Interstate 40 in Middle Tennessee. Jolly reportedly shot at another car as he was fleeing the scene of the hit-and-run accident. Authorities have described it as road rage.
As Mamas Uncut previously reported, on November 12, Hannah Price was discovered deceased in her home. Her cause of death has not yet been revealed.
In a statement issued by a District Attorney, the death investigation into Hannah’s passing is still ongoing. “On Friday, November 12, 2021, the Fentress County Sheriffs Office and the Regional Forensic Center began an investigation into the death of Hannah Marie Price, age 25. This is a death investigation and any attempt to classify it as a homicide investigation at this time is premature and irresponsible.”
The statement also mentions reports of Jolly being arrested the same day Hannah was discovered dead. “Further, no one has been arrested pertaining to the death of Ms. Price. Once the investigation into the death of Hannah Marie Price is complete, authorities will forward their findings to the Eighth Judicial District Attorney General’s Office for review.”
In her mother’s statement, Deanna Daughtry wrote how much she loved her daughter. “My firstborn. I love you endlessly Hannah. Our family would like to thank you all for the outpouring of love as we grieve the loss of our daughter Hannah.”
Deanna continued writing that they “are awaiting the autopsy results to determine how Hannah sustained the injuries that caused her death. Our hearts are broken.”
Chris Daughtry’s statement was similar. He wrote, “I am still processing the last 24 hours. I am absolutely devastated and heartbroken.”
“We never got to say goodbye to our precious Hannah and it’s another huge hit to our family. Thank you all for your kind words and condolences. They are truly felt and appreciated. I am now taking time to be present with my family as we attempt to heal from this devastating loss. Hannah, I love you. I miss you. I wish I could hold you. This hurts so deeply.”
