One husband Alberta, Canada, is going viral after he decided to enroll himself in beauty classes so he could help style his elderly wife’s hair and makeup aaaaand I am crying.
The unnamed man recently decided to sign up for cosmetology classes at Delmar College of Hair and Esthetics in Red Deer, in hopes of managing his wife’s routine.
And while he requested his name not be shared publicly — many all over the globe have fallen in love with this man’s heart of gold.
Carrie Hannah, the school’s director, said the man showed up unannounced on Thursday.
After asking Hannah if he could join any upcoming lessons — the director immediately fit him in.

“This lovely gentleman came in today to learn how to curl his wife’s hair. His wife is unable to curl her own hair and often burns herself, so he stepped up to the plate and learned how to curl her hair.”
Hannah went on to share a rundown of everything he needed to know, including applying makeup.
“We had the pleasure of teaching him! We taught him how to do volume curls on short hair, how to protect her skin from being burned and we even taught him to put on her mascara.”

Hannah revealed that she was moved by the act as well.
“He started to explain that his wife was struggling with her vision right now, and was struggling to curl her own hair and was burning herself,” she explained.
“He really wanted to help her. He genuinely cared. He knows his wife always cared about her appearance, and he wanted to help her.”
