Bride Killed Moments After Saying ‘I Do,’ Her Groom Left In Serious Condition After Drunk Driver Hit Their Golf Cart
A bride is dead and her groom has been seriously injured after their golf cart was involved in a car accident just moments after the bride and groom said, “I do.”
According to ABC News, Samantha Miller was 34 years old as she donned her gorgeous white dress to marry the love of her life. Sadly, the couple’s big day ended in tragedy when their golf cart was hit by a suspected drunk driver.
The suspected drunk driver has been identified as 25-year-old Jamie Komoroski. Komoroski has been arrested and charged with three counts of DUI causing serious bodily injury/death and one count of reckless homicide.
Komoroski was reportedly driving 65 miles per hour in a 25 miles-per-hour zone when the accident occurred. Her blood alcohol levels have not yet been revealed to the public.
Miller’s groom has been identified as Aric Hutchinson by a GoFundMe account set up by the groom’s mother. As Aric’s mom explained in the GoFundMe description, Aric and Samantha were being escorted from their wedding reception by two of their family members went the golf cart was struck by Komoroski’s vehicle.
The GoFundMe reports that the two other passengers, identified as “Ben and Brogan were also injured, Ben seriously.”
“Aric lost the love of his life when my new daughter-in-law Samantha ‘Sam’ Hutchinson was tragically killed by a drunk driver moments after the picture above while leaving her wedding reception on April 28th in Folly Beach, South Carolina,” Aric’s mom shared.
The impact of the vehicle hitting the golf cart caused the cart to travel nearly a football field away from the initial impact and “roll several times.”
“Aric is in serious condition and has had one of two reconstruction surgeries, numerous broken bones, and a brain injury, he will have a long recovery,” Arnette Hutchinson wrote on the GoFundMe page.
“I was handed Aric’s wedding ring in a plastic bag at the hospital, five hours after Sam placed it on his finger and they read each other their vows. Aric has lost the love of his life.”
So far, the GoFundMe page has raised more than $448,000 to “help pay for Sam’s burial and medical costs for Aric and his family.”

Jamie Foxx Makes First Comment Since Being Hospitalized on April 11
Jamie Foxx is making his first comments since being hospitalized with a medical emergency on April 11. He took to his Instagram on May 3 to show his appreciation for all the love and support, sending his gratitude to all those who wished him well over the past month as he continues the recovery process.
“Appreciate all the love!!! Feeling blessed,” the actor wrote on Instagram – adding the praying emoji, red heart emoji, and fox emoji. The post has received nearly 550,000 likes and thousands of other comments over the past 24 hours as fans, friends, and colleagues continue to show their support in his recovery.
It was his daughter, Corinne Fox, who made the initial announcement on April 12 – the day after he was taken to the hospital for an undisclosed ‘medical emergency.’ While it’s still unclear what happened, numerous reports indicate he’s doing better as doctors try to make sense of the sudden health scare.

His latest Instagram post comes just hours after it was announced that Nick Cannon will step in as guest host of Beat Shazam – an interactive game show on Fox that has been hosted by Jamie Foxx since 2017. His daughter – who has been the show’s DJ since Season 2 – will be replaced by Kelly Osbourne.
“Beat Shazam has been an unscripted mainstay on the Fox schedule for six seasons and counting,” the network said in a statement on May 3. “This season, not wanting fans of the game show to miss a minute of the fun, Nick Cannon has offered to fill in as guest host for his friends, Jamie and Corinne Foxx.”
Foxx’s health scare came during the final days of filming for his upcoming film – Back in Action – with Cameron Diaz. While he wasn’t on set when the incident happened, filming did come to a halt when the news hit the airwaves. They eventually picked back up with a fill-in actor and stunt double for Foxx.
Jamie Foxx has several other projects either in the works or ready for release. Strays will be released on June 9, 2023, and They Cloned Tyrone will be released on July 21, 2023. He’s also starring in Groove Tails, The Burial, God is a Bullet, and Tin Soldier – all of which are either filming or currently in production.

Not a lot of information has been released regarding Jamie Foxx and his health status since his daughter, Corinne Foxx, shared the initial update. She called it a ‘medical complication’ and said he was already ‘on his way to recovery’ thanks to ‘quick action and great care.’ That initial update came on April 12.
In the following days, it was reported that he remained in a Georgia hospital – he was in Georgia filming Back in Action – as doctors continued to run tests and monitor his health. They were still trying to figure out what happened as of April 17 and that was still true as of April 21 – according to PEOPLE and CNN.
Several friends – including Nick Cannon, Tiffany Haddish, and Martin Lawrence – added to the reports. Lawrence said he heard Foxx was doing better on April 20, Cannon shared that the actor was ‘awake and alert’ on April 23, and Haddish added that Foxx was doing well on April 27.
Kevin Hart also commented on Foxx’s health recently. “I don’t know the details or the exact details as to what’s going on, but to my knowledge, there’s a lot of progression and a world of better,” Hart said. “I think the dope thing is that he’s getting better in his situation, and everybody’s prayers, everybody’s love, energy, all that stuff is seen and felt.”

As Mamas Uncut previously reported, the sports world shared their grief and their condolences after news reports revealed Shaquil Barrett’s 2-year-old daughter, Arrayah, has passed away.
Barrett is a linebacker for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Bucs confirmed the devastating news in a statement released on April 30, TMZ reports.
“Today’s tragic news is heartbreaking for all members of the Buccaneers family. Our thoughts and prayers are with Shaq, Jordanna, and the entire Barrett family during this unimaginably difficult time. While no words can provide true comfort at a time such as this, we offer our support and love as they begin to process this very profound loss of their beloved Arrayah.”
According to police, Arrayah reportedly drowned in the family’s pool. She was transported to a local hospital on Sunday morning after it was reported that she fell into the water. The 2-year-old was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Police confirm that the investigation into the accident is ongoing. But preliminary results say that “the circumstances of the accident don’t appear to be suspicious in nature,” according to TMZ.
While neither Shaq nor his wife, Jordanna, have shared a statement yet, Shaq’s last post on his Instagram was a post celebrating Arrayah’s second birthday on April 19.
“Happy 2nd bday to my cutie girl. So sweet and cute. You made our family complete. I love you baby girl!”
Several of his teammates, including Tom Brady, took to social media to offer their condolences to Shaq, Jordanna, and Arrayah’s three siblings. Along with a picture of the whole Barrett family, Brady wrote, “The Bradys love you,” with a red heart emoji.
Granger Smith, the country singer turned pastor who also lost one of his children in a drowning incident, also commented, writing, “Love you, brother.”
According to the CDC, in the United States, “more children ages 1–4 die from drowning than any other cause of death. For children ages 5–14, drowning is the second leading cause of unintentional injury death after motor vehicle crashes.”
The CDC continues, confirming that “most drownings in children 1–4 happen in swimming pools.” A drowning is often silent and can happen in seconds, and it can happen to anyone.

Christine Baumgartner Files for Divorce From Kevin Costner After 18 Years, Citing Irreconcilable Differences
In a shocking turn of events, Kevin Costner and his wife of 18 years, Christine Baumgartner, are getting divorced. There was no obvious or apparent rift between the two over the past few months, but Baumgartner filed for divorce on May 1 – seemingly out of nowhere – and cited irreconcilable differences.
“It is with great sadness that circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr. Costner having to participate in a dissolution of marriage action. We ask that his, Christine’s, and their children’s privacy be respected as they navigate this difficult time,” a rep for Kevin Costner said on May 1.
No further details were released and it’s unclear what led to the divorce, but the couple are, in fact, going their separate ways. They’ve been married since 2004 and share three children together – sons Cayden, 15, and Hayes, 14, and daughter Grace, 12. Costner also shares four other children with two women.
Kevin Costner was married to Cindy Silva for 16 years between 1978 and 1994 – they share two sons and one daughter together. He had another son with girlfriend Bridget Rooney in 1996 and dated Birgit Cunningham and Elle Macpherson over the next few years. He met Baumgartner while dating Rooney.
In fact, Costner allegedly met Baumgartner sometime around 1996 while filming Tin Cup, but they didn’t strike up a relationship until 2000 – after his breakup with Macpherson. They dated for three years before Costner popped the big question and they tied the knot a year later on September 25, 2004, in Aspen, CO.
Costner and Baumgartner remained married for 18 years, up until their ongoing divorce. Costner has always spoken highly of his wife and even did so recently while speaking with PEOPLE in November. “My wife does things that just completely… It just helps. The house is prettier because of her,” Costner said
He also told PEOPLE that he and his wife grew much closer during the COVID-19 pandemic – which helped strengthen their relationship. The couple also celebrated together in January after Costner won a Golden Globe for Best Actor in Drama Series – they couldn’t attend the event, but threw a party at home.
This Isn’t the First Time Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner Broke Up
Despite having a long and happy marriage, the divorce between Christine Baumgartner and Kevin Costner isn’t the first time the couple broke up. The first breakup came in 2003, just a year before they got married in Aspen. The reason for the breakup? Costner wasn’t yet sure if he wanted to have more kids.
It’s something Baumgartner was extremely up-front about with Costner from the moment they started dating. “She said, ‘If you’re going to be with me, you need to know that kids are at the end of the road for me with you, if that’s going to happen,'” KevinCostner said in an interview with Extra back in 2020.
After three years of dating, the couple were at a crossroads and Costner had to decide if he was going to marry her and start a family with her, or risk losing her. He ultimately chose to marry her and the two ended up rekindling before exchanging vows. He talked about that decision to Closer Weekly in 2018.

“I woke up and thought, ‘Am I going to lose a beautiful woman who is willing to be with me to my very last breath because I am afraid to say yes to a child?’ That’s all it took. Sometimes you learn the thing you’re most afraid of will save your life,” he told Closer Weekly. Unfortunately, they’re done for good now.
In a new update, Savannah Chrisley revealed that her mom and dad have yet to speak to each other since entering their respective prisons.
During her newest episode of her podcast, Savannah said over the last four months she has already received 40 to 50 letters from her mother detailing her experience in prison. And while Savannah is sharing some of the specifics of those letters, Savannah revealed her mom is scared in prison and she plans on sharing the entirety of her letters someday.
“It was a lot to read, it was tough to see the accounts of her day and just things that she’s scared of or nervous about or just all the thoughts that go through her mind,” Savannah shared. “And not having my dad there with her; that’s the biggest thing.”
“One of the constant themes in all of her messages, like, all of her letters, are ‘I can’t believe Savannah’s having to do this. Like, I can’t believe her life’s having to be put on hold.'”
Savannah continued, saying her mom is doing her best to “stay busy. You know, like, she’s trying to do anything and everything, take classes, [be] first at-bat — everything known to man that she can do, she does.”
And although Julie has shared her thoughts in her letters, Savannah believes her mom isn’t being fully transparent. She thinks Julie is “shielding” her “from a lot of things.”
“You know my mom. Like, she walks in a room, if something needs to be done, she just starts doing it. And so she’s trying to stay busy. Her health, she’s trying to focus on that. I think she’s trying to shield us from a lot of things. Because that’s my mom. That’s who she is.”
Savannah admits adjusting to life in prison has been easier for Todd than it has for Julie. “She just kind of sticks to herself. We talk when I come for visitation, and we kind of just take it from there.”
“They’re both in federal prison. So it’s, it just kind of is what it is. That’s our new normal and it’s so hard because people are so hateful on social media. Some of the things people say are just baffling.”
Todd and Julie aren’t allowed to talk either. Savannah added that she doesn’t “think there’s a single letter that goes by that she does not say how much she misses my dad. They don’t get to talk.”
“So it’s going on what month are we? April? We’re like three, four, four months in, almost. Being together almost 30 years now and not going a day without speaking to now, going on four months is a lot.”

Williams went on to detail how her body before Olympia was ultimately for tennis and since becoming a mother, “the stakes of the game have shifted for me.”
“My body has belonged to tennis for so long. I’ve suffered every injury imaginable, and I know my body,” she writes. “When I found out I was pregnant two days before the 2017 Australian Open, my body had already switched allegiances.”
“Its purpose, as far as it was concerned, was to grow and nurture this baby that had seemingly materialized, unplanned… Since I’ve had my baby, the stakes of the game have shifted for me. I have 23 Grand Slams to my name, more than any other active player. But winning is now a desire and no longer a need.”

She also touched on how it wasn’t until after she met her baby that she felt a connection to Olympia. “I was nervous about meeting my baby. Throughout my pregnancy, I’d never felt a connection with her.”
“While I loved being pregnant, I didn’t have that amazing Oh my God, this is my baby moment, ever. It’s something people don’t usually talk about, because we’re supposed to be in love from the first second. Yes, I was a lioness who would protect her baby at any cost, but I wasn’t gushing over her. I kept waiting to feel like I knew her during pregnancy, but the feeling never came. Some of my mom friends told me they didn’t feel the connection in the womb either, which made me feel better, but still, I longed for it.”
Williams has spoken about her traumatic birth experience before, and in her essay, recalls the busy birthing room from the “meetings going on without me” to her intense need for “calm, affirmative direction.” Her doctor ended up giving that to her when she makes the decision that Williams will have a C-section, which the athlete says left her “relieved to let go.”
“Being an athlete is so often about controlling your body, wielding its power, but it’s also about knowing when to surrender. I was happy and relieved to let go; the energy in the room totally changed,” she shared. “We went from this intense, seemingly endless process to a clear plan for bringing this baby into the world.”
In fact, it was Williams’ post-birth experience that led her to reclaim her agency in the situation. “In the U.S., Black women are nearly three times more likely to die during or after childbirth than their white counterparts. Many of these deaths are considered by experts to be preventable,” she shares.
“Being heard and appropriately treated was the difference between life or death for me; I know those statistics would be different if the medical establishment listened to every Black woman’s experience.”
Williams went on to detail how none of the nurses around her were “really listening to what I was saying” until Williams could speak with her doctor and demand a CAT scan of her lungs after multiple surgeries.
“I fought hard, and I ended up getting the CAT scan. I’m so grateful to her,” she writes. “Lo and behold, I had a blood clot in my lungs, and they needed to insert a filter into my veins to break up the clot before it reached my heart.”
Jojo Siwa Announces Death of New Puppy After Just Two Months: “My Heart Hurts So Much”
Jojo Siwa is mourning the loss of her new puppy, who she named Tooie. She only had the puppy for two months and described his sudden death as an ‘accident.’ She made the announcement in the caption of a TikTok posted on April 29, where she shared a video of her dancing with the adorable little puppy.
“2 months ago our puppy Tooie (O2) joined our family and he brought the MOST joy, laughter, and messes into our life,” she wrote in the caption. “My heart hurts so much to say that this morning he was involved in an accident and is now in puppy heaven. I cant even explain how perfect of a dog O2 was.”
She commemorated him for helping to brighten her life when things seemed so dark. “Going to miss him more than words can explain. Thank you for bringing light to my life when it was dark tooie boy. See you one day. rest in peace my lil sweet boy,” she added. Anyone who has lost a pet understands the feeling.

Jojo Siwa, who didn’t share any details regarding how Tooie died, has long been an activist for animal rights and animal welfare. She has been working with organizations, such as the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), for years now and isn’t shy about her love for all animals.
Having only been with Jojo for two months, Tooie wasn’t featured in a lot of her content. She posted a photo on February 28 of her hugging and kissing the puppy – who appeared to be a poodle mix of some sort. “The last few weeks have been nothing short of an adventure,” she wrote in the Instagram caption.
She also took to her Instagram Story to share a photo of her little pup the day after announcing his death. “Missin this face a lot today. It’s settling in that it’s real and it’s sooo hard he was just a babyyyyyy,” she wrote in a text overlay. Anyone who has ever lost a pet understands the emotions she was feeling.
Jojo Siwa Launches LGBTQ-Inspired Merchandise Collection
While she continues to mourn the loss of Tooie, Jojo Siwa had some exciting news to share with fans as she launched a new LGBTQ-inspired merchandise collection on May 1 – the Jojo Siwa Pride collection. It’s a collection she has been working on for six months, but has kept it a secret – until now, that is!
“My first merchandise collection in 6 years that is personally envisioned, designed, and created by ME, for YOU, will be for available in 7 DAYS!!!! May 1st is gonna be the best day ever!! This has been over 6 months in the making and I’m so happy that this day is finally here,” she wrote on Instagram on April 24.
It features three unique collections – Jojo’s Art, Gay Graffiti, and Rainbow Nation. “I put everything I had into this merchandise EVERY step of the way to make sure it was creative, quality, inclusive, and perfect for everyone. I’ve never been so excited to celebrate pride in such a big way,” she continued in her post.

According to the collection’s official website, proceeds from every sale are being donated to Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD). “I’m BEYOND proud and excited to share my new merchandise collection with you,” she wrote in a post on May 1, when the collection went live.
Cher and Alexander ‘AE’ Edwards Are No Longer Dating and Were Never Engaged to Begin With
According to TMZ, Cher and Alexander ‘AE’ Edwards – who share a 40-year age gap between them – are no longer a couple after six months together. While it’s unclear what caused the split or who initiated the breakup, one source is confirming that they decided to go their separate ways “a couple weeks ago.”
