There are many ways you can do a gender reveal: there’s confetti balloons, cake, Power Rangers (a la Shay Mitchell), basic balloons, and now… Range Rovers?!
Shyla Walker, a YouTube personality and influencer, decided to take her gender reveal to the next level by revealing her child’s biological sex with a brand-spanking-new Range Rover. She posted a video on Instagram showing her, her boyfriend Landon McBroom, and her family and friends gathered around a large white box. The couple pulled the box open seconds later to reveal a pink Range Rover, meaning that Shyla and her boyfriend will be having a baby girl.

She captioned the image, “This was the most magical day of my life. I’ve always envisioned my future self with a little girl but like everyone else I assumed I have having a boy! No amount of words can describe the pure emotion and bliss I was feeling. I got my little girl!”
Fans had mixed reactions about the reveal. @alexacarlos said, “I feel like you weren’t happy when you saw it was a girl.” And @mollieguwop said, “She didn’t look happy at all. She was more interested in the car. Congrats tho!” While @mariaestella_xo said, “Congrats babe! Excited for your guys’ new journey.”
The couple revealed they were pregnant in February in a YouTube video called, A New Baby is on the Way!!, posted on their channel, “This is L&S.” Watch below.
