Things, unfortunately, do not seem to be getting any better for Jenelle Evans and her family. The latest development? A heated exchange of words between Jenelle’s husband, David Eason, and her ex-boyfriend, Nathan Griffith, who is father to Jenelle’s four-year-old son Kaiser.
After losing custody of her three children in May, Jenelle and David have been attending couples counseling and parenting classes to try and regain custody of the children, including their two-year-old daughter, Ensley.
Jenelle and David lost custody of Ensley, as well as Jenelle’s two older children, after David shot and killed the family dog. His violent temper was cited by a judge as one of the main reasons the children couldn’t remain at the house.
As if on cue, David’s temper flared again on Tuesday following the couple’s latest custody hearing. While David and Jenelle were driving away from the courthouse, they spotted Nathan talking to one of the paparazzi. David and Nathan exchanged words, ending with David flipping off Nathan before driving off. Nathan told the paparazzi that the confrontation would lead him to file a restraining order. (So far, he has not followed through on this.)

Jenelle and Nathan have a son, Kaiser, who is now living with Nathan after Jenelle lost custody. This isn’t the first time the two have been at odds: Allegedly, it was Nathan who initially called 911 after David killed the dog, setting off this entire chain of events.
Since the courthouse confrontation, Nathan reportedly reached out to Jenelle to try and smooth things over, but Jenelle was not interested in hearing him out.
