John Stamos Posts Sweet Selfie Series with Son On His 3rd Birthday

John Stamos is one-adoring dad when it comes to his son’s birthday!

This past weekend, Stamos, 57, celebrated his son William “Billy” Christopher‘s 3rd birthday in an adorable mirror selfie-series.

Set to the Beach Boys’ track “God Only Knows,” Stamos is pictured holding his son by his side for over a dozen fun selfies.

Stamos and Billy, whom he shares with his wife Caitlin McHugh, reveal their tight bond in the heartwarming photos.

The series also reveals Billy as he grows up — and grows longer hair — over the course of this past year.

“I can’t put into words the magnitude of the love I feel for this little guy,” Stamos captioned the video.

“Happy Birthday Son. God only knows what I’d be without you. #aftershowerseries”

Stamos first shared on social media how he had to quarantine after being exposed to COVID-19 for the third time, revealing how it was “very difficult” to be apart from Billy.

“He still cries,” Stamos said of his son. “He’ll FaceTime me, but then he starts crying a lot. ‘I want to cuddle,’ he says. ‘Daddy, I want to cuddle.’ “

Stamos said his wife, 34, attempted to explain Stamos’ situation to their son in the best way he could understand.

“Caitlin’s been telling him that I might have some germs and I have to take a test,” Stamos explained. “So every day, he goes, ‘Dad, you have germs? You have germs?’ “

Stamos revealed how he and his wife are hoping to have another child soon but because of quarantine — that made it difficult.

“When I’m locked upstairs in a room and she’s downstairs it makes it hard,” he said at the time. “We really would like two [kids] and honestly I think when this last quarantine hit, it was the wrong time because it was the right time to make a baby.”
