Ella Travolta, Daughter of John Travolta, Shows Father’s Reaction to Her Newly-Released Single ‘No Thank You’

Ella Travolta, the 22-year-old daughter of John Travolta, is starting to make a name for herself as a singer and songwriter. She first burst onto the scene on January 6, 2022, when she released her debut single titled ‘Dizzy’ – which her father showed extreme excitement for as he helped her promote it.

Over the past year, she has flirted with several announcements – including a new single and an eventual EP. While the EP has yet to be released, Ella decided to end 2022 with a bang and released her newest single titled ‘No Thank You’ on December 30th – she teased the song on social media a week ago.

John Travolta had Ella in 2000 with his late wife, Kelly Preston. The couple met in 1988 while filming The Experts and eventually married in Paris in 1991. They had three children together, Ella being the middle child – Travolta’s youngest son passed away in 2009 after suffering a seizure on Christmas vacation.

In an effort to promote her newest single, Ella Travolta took to social media to celebrate its release with her family members. “About to show my family my new song. I can’t wait to hear what they think,” said Ella in a video posted to Instagram. She proceeded to ask her family individually if they wanted to hear it.

Unfortunately, her family didn’t seem too interested in the new release, with most of them responding with a quick, “No, thank you” – starting with her father. Don’t worry, it was nothing more than a joke and a simple nod to the song’s title – which is ‘No Thank You.’ The song is out and available on all platforms.

The promotion video worked beautifully, as her post has been seen nearly 400,000 times over the past few days and received nearly 1,500 comments – most of which were applauding both the song and the funny joke. Moments like these are what makes us excited for what she has in store for the rest of her career.

That career will likely take an enormous leap forward when she decides to drop her EP – which she has brought up multiple times over the past few years. She most recently revealed it’ll be coming out next year in an Instagram video where she teases one of the songs. It’s going to be an exciting release.

John Travolta is Proud of His Daughter’s Music Career

John Travolta might’ve been the first person to turn down his daughter when she asked if he wanted to hear her newest single, but don’t let the joke fool you – he’s one proud father and has been her biggest supporter throughout her young career and life, in general. The two share a very special relationship.

“I’m so very proud of you Ella, it’s amazing! Your thrilled Dad! ❤️❤️❤️” he commented on one of her Instagram videos of her singing. He recently shared an Instagram video with Ella, wishing everyone a Happy New Year – one week after posting a ‘Merry Christmas’ video with his son and daughter.

For Father’s Day, Ella shared a touching message on Instagram. “Happy Father’s Day, to the smartest, kindest, most generous man I know. Just by being yourself, you have taught me the most important lessons in life. Thank you for everything you do and for being my friend. I love you Daddy❤️” she wrote.
