Jon Gosselin Posts Photo Of Hannah And Collin On Their First Day Of 11th Grade

The Gosselin sextuplets are high school juniors!

This past week, Jon Gosselin, 44, celebrated his daughter Hannah and son Collin‘s first day of 11th grade by sharing a snap of the two 17-year-olds prior to their classes.

“First day of 11th Grade!!!!” the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 personality Jon captioned the photo. “Good Luck Hannah and Collin!!! Love Dad.”

Jon was previously married to Kate Gosselin until they divorced in 2009 after 10 years of marriage.

They share eight children in total: 20-year-old twins Cara and Mady and 17-year-old sextuplets Aaden, Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Joel and Leah.

Hannah and Collin, who previously spent 2+ years living away from his family in a program for children with special needs, currently live full-time with their dad. The twins and the other four sextuplets reside with Kate.

In 2018, Jon admitted that he was not in communication with his children aside from Hannah and Collin.

“It’s what the kids want to do,” he said at the time. “If they don’t want to talk to me, that’s fine, as long as they keep up with their sibling connections.”

Just last week, Jon shared how he and his girlfriend of seven years, Colleen Conrad, have parted ways.

“It’s hard, it was a big decision. We have been together for seven years which is a long time, so it’s very upsetting,” he said in an interview with The Sun. “It’s really hard to even talk about it. When you’re with someone that long, especially in the public eye and she’s someone private.”

“We had some struggles and we tried to push through them as best we could, but it didn’t really work out the way we thought it would. I still love and care for Colleen but we’ve both determined that it’s the natural end,” he added.

The news comes amid Conrad’s breast cancer diagnosis. Conrad decided to share the news in a post to Instagram, detailing how she first discovered her diagnosis.

“I have been putting this off and debated even posting…I went for a mammogram on 4/15. I had put it off for almost 2 1/2 yrs due to lack of time and Covid and later got a call that a mass was found in my right breast. Everything after that happened so fast. Then on 4/21, I got the call that is confirmed it was cancer. Stage 2, breast cancer. I was BRCA1 and 2 negative. Everything seemed so surreal,” Conrad’s post read in part.
