Kaley Cuoco, best known for her role in Big Bang Theory, and boyfriend Tom Pelphrey, best known for his role in Ozark, brought a smile to everyone’s face on Tuesday when they announced, in a 10-photo Instagram post, that they’re expecting their first child together.
The couple initially met in April of this year and didn’t waste any time in starting a relationship, making it official on Instagram in May. They had us gushing with photos and adorable comments to one another over the next few months, finally making their red carpet debut last month.
Kaley Cuoco seems to have finally found the one after years of looking. She dated Big Bang Theory co-star Johnny Galecki, was engaged to Josh Resnik, was engaged, married, and divorced to Ryan Sweeting, and was engaged, married, and divorced to Karl Cook.
Cuoco explained their relationship as ‘love at first sight,’ and is now doubling down on that love with their latest announcement. “Baby girl Pelphrey coming 2023,” she captioned the Instagram post. “Beyond blessed and over the moon… I (love) you @tommypelphrey,” the actress added.
The post contained 10 photos, including several pictures of them next to a cake with pink frosting (baby girl). One photo showed Pelphrey holding up a onesie that said ‘love my daddy’ and another photo showed Cuoco holding a onesie that said ‘this baby needs a pony.’
She also shared two photos of the couple holding a positive pregnancy test, one photo of her baby bump, and a photo of the couple kissing while holding matching ‘mama bear’ and ‘papa bear’ coffee mugs. You can tell by the looks on their faces they’re more than happy right now.
Or as Kaley Cuoco put it, ‘over the moon.’
Tommy Pelphrey also shared an Instagram post with his fans, adding a lot of the same photos from Cuoco’s post. Pelphrey captioned the post ‘And then it was even MORE BETTER. Love you more than ever @kaleycuoco.’ We can’t wait to follow their pregnancy journey!
Kaley Cuoco Talks Pregnancy Experience So Far, Including Cravings and Sickness
Kaley Cuoco gave fans even more insight into her pregnancy, sharing a series of candid Instagram stories on Tuesday. She opened up about life on set as a pregnant woman, the many cravings she has already experienced, and the sickness she felt in her first trimester.
In one story, she revealed Monette Moio had to play her stunt double during the taping of Flight Attendant. “Hey @monettemoio remember that time we shot an action film while I was pregnant and horribly sick and you had to take care of me and be me and do all the things as non pregnant me?!,” she captioned.
The actress shared another story of her laying down in a bed between setups, confirming that the grind never stops when pregnant. She also talked about her Subway craving that lasted three days and how happy she was when Pelphrey found her a tuna sandwich in Denmark.
Kaley Cuoco has kept herself busy this year. She was cast in The Man from Toronto, an action comedy that was released in June, and Meet Cute, a romantic comedy that was released last month. She also received an Emmy nomination this year for her role in Flight Attendant.

As for her lover, Tommy Pelphrey, fans can watch him in season four of Ozark – 14 episodes were released earlier this year. He was also cast in Outer Range and has several projects in the works, including LoveandDeath, A Man in Full, AmericanMurderer, and SheSaid.
