Since losing custody of two of her children, Kate Gosselin hasn’t made any attempt to get them back, according to a new report from Radar Online.
Jon Gosselin won temporary custody of Collin in December and Hannah in May. Since gaining custody, a Pennsylvania court insider has said Kate has been “relatively quiet,” according to the RadarOnline.com report. Kate has not filed to regain custody of 15-year-old, Collin, or 15-year-old, Hannah.

The source also added, “Kate has made no attempt to see or speak with Collin. [She] rarely sees or talks with Hannah, but they do have some contact.”
“Jon allows [Hannah] to go over anytime she wants, but Kate never asks her to come.”
Jon had initially fought for custody of Collin after Kate send him to a live in a facility following what she called “behavioral issues.” Collin was living there until Jon won custody. While there, Kate did not visit Collin and, according to reports, Collin “didn’t want to see her.”
Jon and Kate went through a nasty divorce in 2009 and Jon had previously had very little contact with his eight children until getting custody of Collin and Hannah.
Collin and Hannah began high school on Monday and have been in good spirits according to reports. Jon shared a picture of the smiling teenagers, saying, “FRESHMAN!!! 9th Grade Wow!!! I can’t believe it!! Good luck to Hannah and Collin this year!!! Today marks their first day of high school!!!! I hope all my kids have a wonderful year in high school this year and have greet experiences!!! Love all of you!!!
The first season of Kate Plus Date is currently airing on TLC. A second season has yet to be announced.
