After Amber Heard brought up the rumor that Johnny Depp once pushed his ex-girlfriend, supermodel Kate Moss, down the stairs, his team called her to testify. And what Moss said under oat is not what Heard expected to hear.
As Mamas Uncut previously reported, during the defamation case Johnny Depp brought against his ex-wife Amber Heard, there was a poignant moment a lot of people took notice of, a moment that caused one of Depp’s lawyers to fist pump during Heard’s testimony.
Kate Moss Just Testified on Behalf of Johnny Depp: This Is What She Said
As it has been reported, after Heard mentioned Kate Moss while she was describing a moment between her, her sister Whitney, and Depp, it gave Depp’s team the ability to call Moss to the stand to clear things up. And as it turns out, the story Heard was told was anything but true.
In her testimony, Kate Moss admitted that “Johnny did not push me down the stairs.” In fact, it was the exact opposite, the supermodel revealed.
According to her testimony, the incident in question took place while they were on vacation in Jamaica. “He never pushed me, kicked me, or threw me down any stairs.”
Moss continued by further explaining the entire situation. “We were leaving the room and Johnny left the room before I did. There had been a rainstorm and as I left the room I slid down the stairs. I hurt my back. And I screamed because I didn’t know what had happened and I was in pain.”
That’s when Johnny came to her rescue. “He carried me to my room and got me medical attention.”
Depp’s lawyer also asked Moss why she decided to testify today? However, before Moss could answer, Heard’s legal team objected. Heard’s team did not cross-examine Moss.

As Mamas Uncut previously reported, Heard brought up the alleged story about Moss and Depp while she was describing an alleged fight between Heard, Depp, and Heard’s sister Whitney. According to Heard, the trio was reportedly standing near a staircase when Heard claimed she thought Depp may hit Whitney.
As Heard continued, she said she ”instantly [thought] of Kate Moss and the stairs and I swung at him.”
Moss’s team has not issued any additional statement regarding Depp or their past relationship. The couple dated for about four years from 1994 to 1998.
