Things are not all roses and Rolexes in Kardashian-land these days. A news cycle can’t have but one Kardashian in it, no, there must be more drama brewing just underneath the surface. The biggest celebrity story last week was Kanye West and Kim Kardashian‘s divorce filing so, cue Khloé Kardashian to land herself in the spotlight as well.
A comment on Instagram written by Khloé has gotten people taking in recent days. Specifically, a comment that seemed to pick at some unhealed wounds from a very messy situation that publicly played out in 2019 involving Tristan Thompson, Jordyn Woods, and Kylie Jenner.
Khloe Kardashian went off on a commenter on Instagram who left a snide comment on a KUWTK promo post.
Before we dive too deep into this, let’s make sure we are all on the same page about the Khloé Kardashian, Jordyn Woods, Tristan Thompson saga. Two years ago, Tristan Thompson, Khloé’s boyfriend and the father of her child, was rumored to have slept with Kylie’s best friend, Jordyn. Because they all knew one another it got very, very messy.
“Why are you lying @jordynwoods ??” Khloé famously tweeted at the time. “If you’re going to try and save yourself by going public, INSTEAD OF CALLING ME PRIVATELY TO APOLOGIZE FIRST, at least be HONEST about your story. BTW, You ARE the reason my family broke up!”
It seemed like water had flowed beneath that bridge and that Tristan and Khloé have mostly repaired their relationship. They have even made jokes about Tristan’s infidelity and Khloé once quipped that she might hit him up for some donor sperm for her next child. However, it appeared to fans that Kylie and Jordyn’s friendship never got back on track.
Just days ago, a new promo clip for Keeping Up with Kardashians surfaced on a fan account that shows Tristan and Kim discussing Tristan’s relationship with Khloé. The conversation shows just how far Khloé and Tristan have come in recent months which left some to speculate. One bravely did so in comment form on the video and it appears to have hit a nerve.
Something about the comment really did not sit right with the reality TV star.
“So… is Kylie allowed to be friends with [Jordyn] again?” one person asked.
“I’m so sick and tired of this narrative that I control my sister or I dictate who she chooses to surround herself with,” Khloé’s reply begins. “Never once have I ever — and I mean EVER — told my sister who she can be friends with.”
“She is an adult, who can do whatever she wants to do,” her reply continues. “I will support her in anything and everything she wants to do! I love my sister unconditionally! That means regardless of who she chooses to be friends with, I will always love, respect and value my sister unconditionally!”
“She is my life partner and I will always respect what she chooses!!! By the way, I have no ill feelings towards ANYONE!!! Truly. My heart carries no hatred at all. Unless you actually know what you’re talking about, respectfully, SHUT THE [F*CK] UP!” Khloé wrote in conclusion.
