Kim Kardashian and Kanye West announced today that their fourth child was born via surrogate.
Just a few weeks after Kim threw her now-iconic CBD-themed baby shower, the baby is here and apparently doing very well.
And a quick side note: What a week it’s been for babies! Amy Schumer just announced the arrival of her first, as did, of course, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
Kim confirmed the arrival of her new baby, a boy, on Twitter. “He’s here and he’s perfect!” she wrote in one tweet.
In another tweet, Kim noted how much her new baby boy looks like his older sister, Chicago.
“He’s also Chicago’s twin lol,” she wrote. “I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her.”
Kim and Kanye did not share whether or not they’ve chosen a name for their baby, although recently Kim said she was considering “Rob” after her brother and late father.
The arrival of this baby boy makes four children for Kim and Kanye. The couple was already parents to North West (5), Saint West (3), and Chicago West (1). Kim and Kanye also used a surrogate for Chicago.
Earlier this week, Kim’s sister Kourtney Kardashian stopped by The Ellen Show and surprised her mom, Kris Jenner, with the news that Kim and Kanye’s surrogate had gone into labor. Valid intel, Kourtney!
Not much else is known about the newest member of the Kardashian-West brood, but expect details to trickle out from Kim, Kanye, and their massive family soon.
