Mason Disick is looking out for his cousin North after she went live on TikTok without mom Kim Kardashian‘s permission.
Kim later revealed to Instagram that Mason, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick‘s first-child, texted her about North’s safety.
“Hi I don’t wanna disrespect north but I don’t think she should do the lives unless someone is with her because people are always screen recording and she might tell information that isn’t correct and stuff like that, that she will regret,” Mason’s texts began.
“I did the exact same thing as she did,” he went on to write. “I would do the lives and now I regret saying one of the things that I said.”
“I appreciate you looking out Mason,” Kim wrote back. “And I agree. She felt bad and I don’t think she will do it again but it could be good if you talk to her about it.”
In March 2020, Mason, who was just 10, set up an Instagram account without his parents’ permission and confessed a bunch of family secrets while going live.

Of the most memorable tea Mason spilled was shutting down a rumor that had long been circulating around Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott’s relationship. And while this may not seem like a huge deal, the information most likely would have typically been a plotline uncovered on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
And while Kourtney confirmed that she and Scott had deleted the Instagram account a day later, Mason then decided to hop onto TikTok just 24 hours after his mom had taken matters into her own hands.
In response to someone who asked what had happened to his IG account, Mason stated: “It got deleted because I was ‘too young,’ because I went viral. I would have had 2.7 mil [followers] by now if I’d kept it up.”
And then a week later, Mason joined in on a joint Live with Addison Rae, where he called Jeffree Star “spoiled AF” — and then he got into a Twitter fight with the beauty mogul. For a 10-year-old, Mason sure was busy but thankfully, it sounds like he learned his lesson. Let’s hope North will take a page out of his book!
