Kristen Bell Finds Daughter’s Funny Bathroom Surprise for Dax Shepard

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard are easily two of the most entertaining celebrity parents on social media. They never shy away from sharing (oversharing?) their experiences on the journey of parenthood. Remember that time Bell filmed Shepard taking a very long pin out of his hand in front of his entire family?

It’s clear each that this couple is in this thing together and neither of them are taking things too seriously, which is refreshing. The same is true for their daughters, Lincoln, 7, and Delta, 5. One of them has a sense of (potty) humor just like mom and dad and there’s a new prank to prove it.

Kristen Bell discovered a hilarious prank one of her daughters left for Dax Shepard.

In the video, Bell walks into the bathroom to show what appears to be a naked Ken doll standing over a miniature toilet. Inside the toilet is water dyed yellow with food coloring and two chocolate chips. The Frozen star can’t contain her laughter and glee as she narrates her finding.

“Oh. my. goodness,” she says in the video. “She put yellow food coloring and chocolate chips.”

This is art, right?

“A joke for her dad: I absolutely love my [daughter’s] sense of humor,” the actor captioned the video which she shared on Instagram.

It’s unclear which of their daughters was responsible for the prank, but whoever did it unquestionably made their mom smile. And, they might be a comedy genius in the making!

We don’t have a reaction from Shepard yet, but if we find it, we promise to share it with you.

Bell and Shepard have been sharing a good bit of their life during the pandemic.

Just a day before, Shepard shaved his head to match Lincoln’s haircut. In the video, The Ranch actor can be seen shaving the side of his head while dancing to a song.

Haircuts at home are just another way this family is keeping fans positive during quarantine.

“[We’ve] all come to know the two worst words in the human language: Home schooling,” Bell joked during an episode of her web series #Momsplaining back in May. “There are a few people that have come out victorious in this situation though. Germaphobes, stay-at-home moms, they’re all like, ‘I told you how f–cking hard this is.'”

It must be pretty hard because the mom recently revealed that her daughters drink nonalcoholic beer. “They have 15-minute breaks where they’re allowed to jump around and grab a snack and wiggle it out,” Bell said on a recent episode of the “Say Yes! With Carla Hall” podcast.

“I walk in to check on them at 9:30 and both of them are drinking an O’Doul’s on their Zooms,” Bell continued. “They’re both just sipping their Doulies.”

“And I’m like, ‘What must these other parents and teachers think of me?’”

“You’re welcome to tell me I’m a terrible parent,” Bell remarked. “I don’t care,” she said. “I’m a great parent, I think. I’m learning every day.”

She went on to explain how her daughters drinking of O’Doul’s, which contains less than 0.5 percent alcohol by volume, is vital as they are learning about Shepard’s “sobriety and the importance of it and why Daddy can’t drink.”

Well, this family is just keeping it at 100 and we’re not mad about it. Not all families are alike and by showing their quirks the Bell-Shepard family is proof.
