Kylie Kelce Talks Parenting, Philanthropy, and Taylor Swift

Kylie Kelce is sharing the truth about Travis Kelce’s relationship with Taylor Swift.

While a guest on the Today Show Monday morning, Kylie, Travis’s sister-in-law, opened up about Travis and Taylor’s relationship while talking with Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie, and also her work with the Eagle’s Autism Foundation, and her husband’s first weeks as a retired NFL star.

And although Kylie prefers to talk more about the important things, and didn’t go into too many personal details, she called Travis and Taylor’s romance “amazing.”

“Ultimately, if Trav is happy, we’re happy. We are always cheering on Uncle Trav,” Kylie told Today. “It’s such a treat to be able to do that on and off the field. But it’s been amazing.”

Kylie also talked about Jason’s future plans now that he is retired as a player for the NFL, telling Today that “nothing is off the table.”

“He’s my husband so I’m biased but I think he’s just so good at everything he tries. It’s kind of a pain in the butt. Nothing is off the table, I think he’s an ideas guy so I think he’s just sort of letting them brew and see what happens.”

Kylie also shared what she hopes their three young daughters takeaway from Jason’s career in the NFL. Because while they are likely too young to remember his time playing with the Eagles, Kylie hopes their girls remember “all the lessons he got from football that he then gets to take with him.”

“When he’s recognized by people and they approach him, they want to take a picture, our girls are too young to understand that not everyone’s dad has people stop them and want to take pictures. But I hope that ultimately they end up understanding that their dad had an impact on Philadelphia in a way that was wholesome.”

Kylie went on to joke that their athleticism has also influenced their parenting style, telling Kotb and Guthrie that they are a competitive bunch so whenever she needs her daughters to complete a task she tells them, “‘I bet you can’t do it in under 10 seconds.’ And all of a sudden, they’re moving.”
