On June 1, a gunman, known now as Michael Louis, opened fire just before 5 p.m. inside a Tulsa hospital. His actions killed four people, including his doctor, and wounded several others.

One of his victims, he knew personally, Tulsa police are now revealed. According to NBC News, the gunman was targeting a doctor who treated him before.

The gunman, who used an AR-15 style rifle in the attack reportedly blamed the doctor for the pain he endured following a back surgery Dr. Preston Phillips performed on him on May 19. Dr. Phillips was one of the four victims killed in the attack.
