In honor of Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor‘s first birthday, his parents Meghan Markle and Prince Harry shared a new video of him. The video showed Markle reading Archie a bedtime story, which was then shared on the Instagram account, Save With Stories.
In the video, Archie, who Markle affectionately calls “Arch,” shows a wide range of emotions and character while wearing a white t-shirt and a diaper. In parts of the adorable clip, you can hear Harry behind the camera giggle at his baby boy.

As Save With Stories shared, “30 million children rely on school for food. Fans Can’t Get Over How Happy Meghan Markle Looks While Reading to Baby Arch
And fans loved getting to see Archie and family again since the Markle and Harry made the decision to stop being active members of the royal family. It is believed that the family of three is currently residing in Los Angeles, the place where Markle was born and raised.
“What a wonderful way to celebrate Archie’s birthday,” Save the Children wrote. “Thank you so much for joining #SAVEWITHSTORIES!” And other commended Markle on her reading abilities. “The struggle is real when reading to a baby,” one commenter wrote. “Keep up the good work.”
“Meghan reads stories so well!! She should be a teacher,” someone else said, while another added, “How lovely! Thank you for sharing! Happy Birthday, Archie! So real… love that he keeps trying to get the other book and Mama is so great with him. She’s even able to finish the book. Well done!”
Many commenters also thought the mother looked happier than she has ever looked since she and Harry welcomed Archie into the world on May 6, 2019. “I can’t believe it’s been a year already! Archie looks like a very happy baby and Meghan looks like a very happy mom. I love seeing parents read to their children, it’s so important for intellectual development. Happy Birthday, Archie!”
