Kara Burnett Giugliano, 29, was struggling with getting pregnant.
To showcase how everyone’s fertility journey is different — she decided to film herself waiting on the results of her pregnancy test over the course of eight months.
The emotional clip is set to “Lean on Me,” which only adds to the satisfying ending.
“I just wanted that positive so badly and started to question if something was wrong with me,” Kara shared.
“My mom had six pregnancies (including one miscarriage).

“Getting pregnant happened without trying for her, so I was starting to question why I wasn’t getting a positive.”
She continued on saying how the media has portrays getting pregnant as a seamless action — which is not the case at all.
“The movies and shows make it look like it happens in the first month. Well, I now know that’s not the case, and that’s OK!”

But when she was tempted to toss the negative videos, a tiny voice in the back of her mind told her to save them.
“I filmed myself every month because I wanted to have my reaction to a positive saved,” she shared.
“It was after about eight months of trying that I considered putting all the negatives together instead of deleting them and have that eventual positive at the end for a happy ending.”
