Most commenters said this was a personal decision and not necessarily based on age. Many moms stopped bathing with their sons when they no longer felt comfortable with it or when their son no longer wanted to bathe with them.

There was a general consensus that for most commenters this happened somewhere around ages four to six, or around when the child starts elementary school. Several moms of girls though, said they continued to bathe with their daughters beyond this point.

So OP: sounds like you have a general age range, but ultimately, it’s a decision you and your son should make together.
