Mom Recreates C-Section Out of Play-Doh, Toddler Assists in ‘Delivery’

Mama and doctor Jessica So has brought Play-Doh surgery to social media and we are absolutely amazed by her creations. For her most recent masterpiece, the dermatologist recreated a cesarean delivery made entirely of Play-Doh.

The California-based mom even had her toddler son lend a hand during the “delivery” of a plush Spiderman doll.

Jessica has been sharing her “surgeries” via Instagram under the handle The Breakfasteur.

According to CafeMom, Jessica started experimenting with Play-Doh early in the pandemic and it turns out her son cannot get enough of her educational creations.

“I wish I could do a surgery like that,” her son shared with his mom.

“I rolled out some homemade Play-Doh and set up a simple surgery simulation,” she said. “He loved it; we reset and repeated it six more times — I could see his confidence grow each time and we reviewed simple anatomy around the case.”
