“Hey. So I’m totally not pregnant…” Natalie posted to her Instagram story, paired with a screenshot of the article.
Portman, who is currently in Australia to film Thor: Love And Thunder, was taking a walk when paparazzi snapped the shots — and landed in a post by Page Six.
She continued, adding, “But apparently it’s still OK in 2021 for anyone to speculate and comment on a woman’s body shape whenever they want? Do better.”
It is not shocking in the least that Portman spoke on the issue as she is very private when it comes to her personal life and the lives of her children, Aleph, 9, and Amalia, 3.
She met husband Benjamin Millepied in 2009 while filming “Black Swan.”
And in 2011, they welcomed son, Aleph, and in 2017, daughter, Amalia.
In July of 2019 — it was confirmed that Portman’s character in the “Thor” franchise would be featured again in “Love and Thunder.”
Portman, recently spoke on the late director, Mike Nichols, 83, as being her best mentor, in the book Mike Nichols: A Life.
Portman recalls how Nichols was “the only older man who mentored me without there ever being a creepy element in it.”
“I think he was a genuine feminist,” Portman says of director in the book. “There was nothing, nothing, nothing there except him seeing you as a creative, interesting, talented human. It is the rarest, finest quality, and not many directors of his generation had it.”
