Hilton and Reum started dating in December 2019. They became engaged on February 13, 2021, and tied the knot on November 11, 2021. The couple had previously announced their intent to enjoy their first year of marriage before considering having a child. Now that the first year is over, they’re officially parents!

Paris Hilton has been open about her journey toward motherhood, but there remains a lot of unknowns surrounding the pregnancy and subsequent birth. It was originally believed that Hilton was undergoing IVF (In vitro fertilization) to conceive a baby herself, but now rumors are that she used a surrogate.
In an interview with PEOPLE, Hilton talked about the IVF journey and how excited she was to become a mother for the first time. “IVF is always a journey for everyone but we’re so fortunate that we have lots of healthy embryos ready and waiting to be part of our Cutesy Crew!” she said, adding it’s the perfect time.
Hilton spoke about her love for Reum and her excitement to be a mother in a 2021 appearance on The Bellas Podcast, which features Nikki Bella and Brie Bella. “I love being married. I just feel like I finally found my perfect match and I just feel so safe. I just can’t wait to start a family and have kids,” she said.
Paris Hilton and Carter Reum, who is a famed businessman, celebrated their one-year anniversary just a few months ago, which only adds to the excitement as they look forward to parenthood in 2023.
