Pink’s Daughter, Willow Sage Hart, Is Following in Her Footsteps!

Did you know that Alecia Beth Moore Hart, who most of us know as Pink, has a daughter – Willow Sage Hart – with a voice as beautiful as her mother’s? It’s something the 43-year-old has been very public about for the past few years as her daughter starts to form a persona of her own the older she gets.

Pink gave birth to Willow Sage Hart in June 2011 with her husband Carey Hart – a professional motocross racer – roughly a year after they reconciled following a two-year separation. Pink and Hart met in 2001, with Pink proposing to Hart in 2005. The couple eventually got married in Costa Rica on January 7, 2006.

The separation happened in February 2008, but the couple was seeking couple’s counseling at the time. The counseling helped, as the couple got back together in 2010. After having Willow in 2011, Pink gave birth to their second child – this one a son named Jameson Moon Hart – on December 26, 2016.

On Wednesday, Pink took to Instagram to share a video of her daughter, Willow Sage Heart, performing “The Rose Song” by Olivia Rodrigo – a song that was made popular by Disney’s High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. According to Pink, it was Willow’s first recital, though not her first time on stage.

“This 11-year-old (11,000-year-old soul) blows me away,” wrote the proud parent in the caption – she also wrote that she ‘nailed it’ and is ‘so proud of this girl’ before tagging Rodrigo (@oliviarodrigo). You can hear Pink in the background cheering Willow on at the beginning of the video, but then the crowd went silent.

It was Willow’s voice that silenced the crowd – that’s how incredible it was. She was hitting all the notes, even the high ones, as her voice echoed throughout the auditorium with a piano in the background. It’s a moment both Willow and PInk will remember forever, but it also garnered a lot of attention from others.

Olivia Rodrigo was one of the celebrities that commented on the video – “I’m crying!!!!! what a special girl ❤️,” she wrote. Mandy Moore praised the 11-year-old’s voice and composure, calling Willow a superstar, while Jeremy Renner alluded to how ‘ridiculously proud’ Pink and Carey must be of their daughter.

Willow Sage Hart Isn’t New to Performing on Stage

Willow Sage Hart put her voice on full display in Pink’s latest update, but this isn’t the first time we’ve gotten to hear her incredible talent – it’s something she has showcased for several years. For example, she was featured on her mother’s ‘A Million Dreams’ cover for The Greatest Showman: Reimagined.

In 2021, Pink and Willow released their own song titled ‘Cover Me in Sunshine.’ The two would later perform the song at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards – where Pink was receiving the Icon Award. They performed the popular song again at the BottleRock Napa Valley music festival earlier this year.

Several months later, Willow’s father shared a couple of photos of his daughter – two of which showed her dancing on stage in preparation for a theatre performance. She has apparently gained an interest in musicals this year and has already been featured in two musical productions – according to her father.

“I’m so proud of the lil woman that willow is becoming!!!! She has been bitten by the theater bug, and she is killing it!!! Did two different productions this summer. High school musical, and Grease. It seriously rattled me when seeing her on the stage and how she is getting older ????,” wrote Carey on his Instagram.
