Police Called to Britney Spears’ Home as She Prepares for Her Wedding, One Man Arrested

After reports revealed Britney Spears and Sam Asghari are scheduled to exchange vows on June 9, Fox News is reporting that police were called to Spears’ home where she is set to marry her fiancé.

According to reports, police were called to the pop star’s home after her ex-husband, Jason Alexander, approached her home while live streaming on Instagram. Fox News reports that the 40-year-old was able to gain access to the home before a security guard told him, “You’ve got to leave.”

In the live stream, Alexander is reportedly heard saying, “Don’t put your hands on me. Please don’t put your hands on me.”

He then asked, “Hey, where’s Britney?” As he was being escorted out of the home, tents and flowers were being brought onto the premises, Alexander exclaimed, “I’m her first husband. I’m here to crash her wedding.”

Alexander and Spears have known each other since they were children. He was Spears’ first husband. Their marriage lasted a total of 55 hours before it was annulled.

Britney would go on to marry Kevin Federline less than a year later. The former couple shares two sons together.

Now, Spears is preparing to marry Asghari. The couple announced their first pregnancy to the world earlier this year. Sadly, it ended in a miscarriage, the couple later revealed.

Both Spears and Asghari announced their engagement back in September. They looked extremely happy in the series of videos Spears edited together. She captioned the videos, saying, “I can’t f*cking believe it!!!”

Britney Spears and Asghari originally hoped to keep their wedding a secret until it was all said in done. It’s unclear how the news of their wedding leaked.

The soon-to-be newlyweds have been through a lot over their 5-year-long relationship. From the end of her conservatorship to her fallout with most of her family members, it’s quite clear that these two can get through anything!

“I can only speak on my reaction and it was phenomenal to see how everybody was so supportive and the whole world was engaged in it in a sense,” Asghari told BBC Persian of the worldwide support Spears received throughout her legal battle.

“I think people relate and it kind of unites people in a way, you know, as far as all these divisions that we have going on and not only in this country but globally.”

We wish them nothing but joy and happiness as they embark on this new adventure together!
