My doctor told me my baby attached to my old c-section scar: Advice?

I’m terrified, moms… I just found out I’m eight weeks pregnant with my four babies.. I was so overjoyed … once I went for an ultrasound, the Dr. came back telling me he has bad news.. Apparently, the baby has attached to my previous C-section scar. Which the Dr. told me can be very dangerous. As the baby grows, it could rupture a blood vessel or tear open my Csection, and I could bleed out.. I am so scared. Has any other mom had this happen? I don’t want to die, but I don’t want to kill the baby I seen in the ultrasound either. I goto hospital Monday morning.. I feel so lost. Should I be concerned that I was asked to come back for another ultrasound?

Hi mommas! I wrote back this summer about the loss of my baby girl at 15 weeks and five days. Fast forward to now….Hubby and I are expecting again after the help of our specialist! We saw them Friday for our first ultrasound, and the baby measured 6 weeks and five days with a strong heartbeat of 135!! However, the tech said the yolk sac was measuring a little bit bigger and wanted to see us again in a week. I go this Thursday again to make sure the baby is growing okay. If so, we will be released to our regular OB!! They told us not to worry, that this is just a precaution due to our history of previous losses. But my mind is racing, and I’ve been worried sick since. Has anyone experienced anything like this with good outcomes? Has anyone been diagnosed with placenta previa?

Hi, I am pregnant and high risk. I was recently diagnosed with placenta previa. My placenta is located anteriorly. The ER dr did not explain much, and I’m freaking out. I am to go see my OB dr in a few days. Has anyone been diagnosed with this? Anonymous Community MemberThis question was asked by a Facebook community member who has asked to remain anonymous.
