A woman has been arrested in New Boston, Texas, after attacking a friend who was very pregnant.
Reagan Hancock, 22, was brutally murdered after a friend allegedly attempted to cut her baby from the womb.
The woman was approximately seven-and-a-half months pregnant.
New Boston Police responded to a 911 call at about 10:20 a.m. on Friday, regarding a deceased person in the 200 block of Austin Street, said Texas Department of Public Safety spokesman Gregg Williams in a news release issued late Friday.
A deceased woman was discovered inside a residence upon arrival. Upon further investigation, it was found that an unborn child had been removed from the victim’s body.

A female suspect was taken into custody by Oklahoma authorities. The child did not survive.
The Texas Rangers are now investigating at the request of the New Boston Police Department. Additional information will be released when it becomes available.
Multiple agencies are investigating including DPS, New Boston Police Department, Bowie County Sheriff’s Office, and Texarkana Texas, Police Department.
On social media, the would-be grandmother posted how she was “begging for prayers” after the tragic event.
“Our beautiful daughter Reagan Hancock and her precious unborn baby girl Braxlynn were murdered yesterday by Satan in the flesh,” she wrote on Saturday. “I found her and Marcus and Chris were on [the scene] right after me.”
“Our family, friends, and community are rocked to the core!” she added. “Our Reagan was one of the most precious people you would ever meet. Please I beg, keep us in your prayers.”
