Prince William and Kate Middleton celebrated their “tin” anniversary with a special video showing their family enjoying a day at the coast. After almost a decade together, this couple has a lot to be proud of including their three adorable children, Prince George,7, Princess Charlotte, 5, and youngest, Prince Louis, 3.
In the touching video, which was shared on their Instagram account, the family can be seen enjoying time in nature as they mount sandy dunes and artfully dart through trees. If the Academy Awards had a category for Best Short Home Movie, an Oscar would be deserved.

A very idyllic romp at the beach, right? “Thank you to everyone for the kind messages on our wedding anniversary,” the couple shared along with the video. “We are enormously grateful for the 10 years of support we have received in our lives as a family.”
But, this video is not the only new footage fans and subjects were treated to this week. The couple also shared several never-before-seen photos of them for their anniversary.
“10 years,” they captioned the photo on Instagram. The picture along with others from the day were captured by Chris Floyd, CNN reports.
The photos taken by Floyd at Kensington Palace, could very well never have happened! The photographer explained in his own Instagram post that an astonishing coincidence resulted in him capturing the endearing images of the royals.

“I recently visited Cambridge for the first time in my life,” Floyd wrote. “That same day, by an astonishing coincidence, was also the day I was asked to photograph The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge for their tenth wedding anniversary.”
“It was a thrill to spend some time with them at Kensington Palace, especially as The Duchess is a rather keen photographer. Happy anniversary!” he added.
Queen Elizabeth shared her message to the couple in an Instagram post to the family’s Instagram account. “Wishing The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge a very happy wedding anniversary,” the post’s caption reads.
“Today marks ten years since Their Royal Highnesses exchanged vows at Westminster Abbey,” the caption concludes.
The couple, who married at Westminster Abbey on April 29, 2011, are beaming in the photos and we imagine they recounted their star-studded ceremony from ten years ago in which over 1,9000 guests attended.
Catherine wore an ivory and white satin bridal dress with lace sleeves made by British designer Sarah Burton with Alexander McQueen, while William wore the uniform of a colonel of the Irish Guards.

At the time, the couple waved to an audience of thousands from the balcony of Buckingham Palace following the ceremony, while many more lined the streets in celebration of the marriage. We imagine these memories are on the couple’s mind on their special day.
