Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are pregnant — which means another royal baby is coming and soon.
Queen Elizabeth‘s granddaughter revealed that she is pregnant with her very first baby and we couldn’t be more ecstatic-! Another royal baby?! Bring it on.
This will be the second grandchild for her parents, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, as her sister Princess Eugenie welcomed baby boy August back in February. Double trouble, right?!
The announcement was made in a statement from Buckingham Palace early today, revealing the couple’s grand news in a simple post that was also shared across their social media accounts.
“Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are very pleased to announce that they are expecting a baby in autumn of this year.”

“The Queen has been informed and both families are delighted with the news.”
The new baby will be Queen Elizabeth’s 12th great-grandchild once Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s baby girl arrives any minute now!
The news came on the third anniversary of Harry and Meghan’s wedding and many speculate it was allegedly “a snub” to the former Royals. Yikes! We really hope that is not the case but only time will tell, eh?
The couple was engaged in Italy during September of 2019. Princess Beatrice and “Edo,” as many have nicknamed her husband, were married 10 months ago in an intimate wedding ceremony last July.
Around 20 close friends and family, including the Queen and Prince Philip of course, were invited to the ceremony — which had been rescheduled from its original May 29th date due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Princess Beatrice is the Queen’s 5th grandchild.
